This stunning ocean view two bedroom unit on Langosta beach is one of only 11 units in this private gated community. The beach less than 20 meters away. With classic and refined tropical style, this unit has been updated to include a full gourmet kitchen, complete with granite and hand carved wood bartops, stainless steel appliances and teak cabinets. All furniture was made by local artisans of varying hardwoods, and finished with the best Sunbrella fabrics.

Great condo, great location.
This is a perfectly located condo right on the beach. Daily we saw howler monkeys, iguanas and many varieties of birds. The condo itself is comfortable and relaxing. We would highly recommend this condo for your next vacation.
Paradise Costa Rica Style
Beautifully decorated condo. It had everything that we needed. Loved the outside porch overlooking the ocean. Just a short walk to restaurants and town. Very quiet. Would definitely go back
A perfect place forvrest and relaxation
We spent 15 nights at Villa Langosta #7. It is a quiet complex and most of the others there were unit owners. The place was clean, safe and well cared for. The kitchen is fully stocked (note it doesnt have a dishwasher) and we enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the mornings watching the tide come in or out. We watched iguana climb the trees, monkeys sleep in the mango tree at our pool and many other birds in the surrounding trees. There is a small grocery close by as well as our favorite restaurant at the cala luna hotel and when we needed gelato we popped into watermans just down the road. We cant wait to return!

Beachfront paradise in Langosta
Our 3rd time staying at Villas Langosta #7 for good reason. This condo is beautifully decorated and so comfortable for our family of 4 (twins in the guest room would be our only suggestion). The balcony offers a beautiful ocean view perfect for reading, watching the animals & playing games. The grounds are well maintained & kept safe by the nicest caretakers. The pool is perfect for the afternoon after a morning of beach fun. Great location away from the activity of tamarindo, but close enough to enjoy all the shops and restaurants. Incredible beachfront access to Playa Langosta. Such a gem!

Excellent! Condo needed a little dusting when we arrived, but housekeeping came quickly and made it spotless. RPM was immediately available to help with all our needs. I highly recommend them and this unit!

Really like this place, quite and comfortable. Loved walking on the beach, beautiful sunsets, away from it all. Very relaxing to sit on the balcony and enjoy a good cup of Costa Rican coffee. Can hear the waves. We have stayed a Villa Langosta many times and keep coming back. Its a special place.
Quiet Location on the Beach
What an interesting place. Villa was lovely and very well equipped. Small view of ocean but could always hear it. Lots of canadians stay there for months at a time. Small enough complex and easy to meet people. Master bedroom is lovely but second room needs a new larger bed.
Amazing Villa
We stayed five nights & that was not long enough! The villa is so comfortable with all the amenities you could ask for. We did some cooking & there was nothing I was lacking in preparing meals. The veranda has comfort seating for coffee in the morning & a cocktail while watching the amazing sunsets. Steps from the beach, it’s hard to want to leave your space. Tamarindo is a short distance with shops, restaurants & grocery store. We highly recommend the Shrimp Hole, Bamboo Sushi & Nari’s pizza & Italian. Estuary tour was fun. Do not hesitate to book this Villa. Gated small community with a beautiful pool & security personnel always at the gate. We’re thankful for the owners working with us when we were delayed due to weather leaving the States. Outstanding is my description of the entire experience.
Exceeded Expectations
This condo was nicer than even the pictures showed. The place had anything you might need, A/C was extremely cool (almost too cold), and was tastefully decorated. The owners must really care about their guests' experience as we couldn't have been happier with this visit.
Beautiful villa
A wonderful condo, felt like home. Property managers were great, the villa complex is very convenient to the beach, a small Mercado, and bus into town. We plan to return for another stay.

Tropical Paradise Perfection
This is our second year staying at Villas Langosta #7 for a reason. It is a beautifully decorated unit with all the amenities of home. With a view of the water between the units in front and the higher balcony it’s perfect for enjoying the waterfront location. The proximity of the complex to town is just right leaving you close enough to enjoy all that Tamarindo has to offer, while being able to escape to a more tranquil spot. Playa Langosta is a great spot for surfing & water fun, while more calm swimming beaches are close by making the perfect day trips. We will be back and when we retrun we will stay again at Villas Langosta!
Best Two Weeks of My Life
The place was great; very beautifully decorated and everything worked fine; kitchen, showers, etc. My only complaints being; nice view of the ocean but not enough of it. Very slippery tile staircase, especially when wet. Ceiling fan in master bedroom a bit too loud for sleeping. Other than those few minor things the place was great and reasonable, very close to beautiful Playa Langosta, good pizza place and small market. Nice having property managers right across the street; they hooked me up with a rental car and shuttle to the airport. I do believe the original ad I saw said free airport shuttle; but we didn't get that. Maybe just missed communications. BTW great zipline right in Tamarindo; but they don't advertise and there is no sign! Right turn on the street just before Wave restaurant, coming from Villas.
Beautiful, Relaxing, Perfect
This condo was absolutely beautiful and it surprisingly had all the things you would need to live there for a brief time. The decor was beautiful, unique and of great quality giving the feeling of being at your own beach house.

Fantastic place
I have never used the Internet to book a place before. I am so happy with our experience! It was exactly as shown. There are only two condos per building with I believe 4 or 5 buildings which makes it feel like it's just you staying there. The other people we met who were renting all were from Canada like us!!
Anything you could think of that you may need are there waiting for you. Big thing for us was that spices and things like oil etc were also stocked.
The beach is just out the door as it depicted. And there was nothing better than spending the day at the beach then having a refreshing dip in the condos pool.

Stayed in same unit 2 years ago and would go again
great location for beach walks, poolside relaxing, ocean fishing, boogie boarding, surfing and fishing. well equipped kitchen. About 2 km walk to Tamarindo where there is shopping and lots of places to eat. Only 11 units in complex so best to be friendly cause everyone knows each other. Downsides were maintenance is slow especially when one toilet plugged. Internet is hit or miss with power bumps at least daily, TV was useless with poor picture about 90% of time. Small stereo didn't work, DVD sometimes worked but not all functions. Missing screens on windows and front door to allow the ocean breeze in and leave the bugs, iguanas, bats etc out. AC worked well. enjoyed private balcony but not after dark when the no seeums come out. felt safe with security

The rental was beautifully decorated and had an amazing view. The photos don't do it justice as we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Much nicer in reality than in the pictures.
