Great stay!
We had a wonderful stay! Excellent option for families and location was fantastic straight across from the beach. Quiet and away from busy Tamarindo, but still close by to go out to eat etc.. Sunsets at playa langosta are phenomenal and rental had all the amenities needed to relax and enjoy Costa Rica. The pool is a great option for families with kids looking to escape the heat as well!

Fabulous, Quiet Location
This was a lovely home with lots of space for spreading out and options for relaxing and lounging, whether on the rooftop terrace for sunset or in the courtyard pool morning, noon and night! Even the front porch was nice for sitting and chatting. The complex is very quiet and directly across the street from access to a fabulous beach. There are at least 3 restaurants right there, as well, and a supermercado 150m around the corner - very convenient. And the walk in to town was only 15-min. The villa itself was a bit musty when we first arrived but once the AC was on it was fine. It's not new, and it's age is showing itself, but there was nothing that detracted from the enjoyment of our stay. the property mgmt company came straight away when I couldn't get the pool lights on (breaker issue) and were extremely helpful throughout.
Wonderful vscation
We had a great time at this rental. We loved being just outside of tamarindo. It was quick and easy to go into town, but quieter outside of town. We saw monkeys every morning and walked the beach. The beach was beautiful and very private. The house was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. The management company was great. They were available to help with all our needs. The drive to and from the airport was easy and arranged by the management company.

We had such a spectacular vacation. The condo was amazing and Lola and Josef were always there to help us with our bookings and any questions. They definitely went above and beyond in accommodating us.
Perfect location, but run down property with maintenance issues
The location of this property is in a great spot in Playa Langosta. We had problems with management prior to arriving. The villas are beautiful, but this particular unit is run down and needs updating. There were two broken shower heads, broken Cabinets, tv connection problems and a non working dishwasher.
Fun beach house
Nice big beach house with a cute plunge pool. Great location to the beach. Very helpful and responsive management team that were available whenever we needed anything.

We could have given 5 stars if maintenance wasn't so mediocre: BBQ with a gas leak and unusable, main sink tapped, visitor bathroom tapped, no hot water on second floor,... management company didn't respond swiftly in spite of phone call and messages on whats-app

Very nice location, and confortable place. It needs some jobs to property like painting it, but the rest is very good.
Amazing!
Super cute, private and spacious villa! We felt safe and it was close to everything, including the beach! We enjoyed every second! The private pool and hot tub were also amazing.
Courtyard#2/ Playa Langosta
La casa es tipo condominio y está muy bien ubicada en playa Langosta, muy céntrico. Si volvería a ir principalmente por la ubicación y porque es una casa cómoda. Sin embargo, necesita un poco de “cariño” y mantenimiento. Por ejemplo , los paños están en mal estado, las sábanas viejas y en mal estado, las cortinas no son del tamaño de las ventanas y no hay blackout. El rooftop necesita mejor mantenimiento y pintura. Para una “villa de lujo” me parece que son inversiones es esenciales que deben hacer para rentarla como tal. Son detalles en el mantenimiento de una villa que se renta como propiedad de lujo.
Atenas en Tamarindo
En general bien. Tuvimos problemas con goterad en el cuarto que fuern muy molestas. La parrilla no nos sirvió. De ahí aparte, todo muy bien.
Great time in Langosta Courtyard Villa
One of my best friends and our sons did a surf trip for a week to Costa Rica. Our travels took us to Langosta for three nights where we stayed at this beautiful villa. The staff and residents we met there were very polite and considerate. The upstairs deck had panoramic views of the ocean. We definitely look forward to going back.
Lovely Stay in Playa Langosta
Three friends on a girls trip to Playa Langosta landed us at CY2. The house itself was perfect for us. We especially loved the rooftop jacuzzi where we enjoyed many a sunset. The kitchen was well outfitted, though I wish the lighting were brighter. Our housekeeper and pool attendant were lovely and both the house and the pool deck and rooftop area were immaculate. Our only disappointment was the lack of a single blow dryer (and the lighting in the kitchen).

Excelente experiencia, la pasamos super bien! La villa tiene una ubicacion envidiable, a escasos 50 metros del mar y en una zona muy tranquila para disfrutar en familia! Ademas el servicio de RPM es de lo mejor, gracias por hacer de nuestras vacaciones lo mejor!!!

Went to Costa Rica for hubby's 50th ! Absolutely amazing! Property was clean, comfy,safe with EVERYTHING we needed. Epic surf across the street ,local mercado and yummy pizza restaurant within walking distance. Lola super helpful with airport transfers and helped with any questions we had. PURA VIDA!
Amazing Tamarindo Getaway
Had an amazing time at this rental. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fully stocked kitchen. Everything we needed was right there and the staff at RPM was always prompt with replies and was very accommodating.

Great place to stay in Tamarindo
Our family needed a nice beach side villa to rent for two weeks. This place had everything on our checklist. A little expensive, but the location and amenities were great.
Great place to stay!!
The courtyard #2 in Playa Langosta exceeded our expectations. It was clean and very comfortable. We loved that there was a pool and hot tub on the roof. The kitchen was fully equipped. We will be coming back in the future.
Costa Rica gem
Great location 5 minutes from Tamarindo. Nicely decorated home with a private pool and Jacuzzi in a lush, tropical setting. We had a great time and highly recommend this vacation property.

The kitchen needs to be sprayed for bugs. A few roaches along with some residue were seen. Otherwise, the house was great and the RPM staff was wonderful.
The Ultimate place for a family or two couples
So wonderfully relaxing and fun for our entire family. Two great master bedrooms with beautiful furnishings, luxurious amenities and peaceful private gardens. The kids kept asking us "are we really staying here?" The thought they had died and gone to heaven.
Private hot tub under the stars for mom and dad, private pool to splash in after a hot day at the beach for the kids. Who could ask for anything more!

Our Daughter's Wedding
RPM Staff fantastic prior to arrival and throughout the stay. Very secure and attractive exterior. Unit #2 is 3 stories including the private roof top which was very nice and reason we picked it. Hot Tub only luke warm at best. Could use some updating and maintenance, including basic items like hooks on bath doors for hanging towels, and roof top arbor sanding and stain. Washer/Dryer old and leaky. Living room furniture will not accommodate 6 people for leisure and front porch furniture is in desperate need of upgrade. We are not picky people, but we really believe making some of these changes will improve the units attractiveness and function.
