We loved this beautiful home! It was spacious and had all the kitchen essentials. Towels were provided. They even had yoga mats. We loved the pool and the beautiful rooftop. Walking distance (just across the street) to the best sunsets! Easy parking. Very SAFE community! Super friendly and welcoming neighborhoods. We will be back we loved our stay.
Awesome place
Incredible place right across from the beach also partial ocean views on terrace, a store right around the block and numerous restaurants to choose from. The Villa was manicured nicely with attention to detail. No issues, everything was perfect and ran smoothly. RPM was attentive to day trips, shuttles, tours, etc. This would be a great vacation home for me If the owner ever becomes motivated to sell, I would be interested as it has everything that I’m looking for. thanks again for a great day. Look forward to visiting again.

Location is good. Privacy is good as well. First floor needs some work. Rooftop experience needs work also. We’ve been staying in Taramindo for vacations for 7-8 years. Tried this location and we were kind of disappointed. Furniture on first floor was “ok” Needs a refresh. Master bed needs replacing. Couch dirty. Living area needs the same. Rooftop jacuzzi never heated up when we tried to use and the water was cloudy and dirty. We looked at each other and said “no thanks”. . Had an issue with first floor 1/2 bath and fixed promptly by RPM. After we checked out we were told to voice any concerns to a “Kevin” at RPM before writing a review.. Wrote a constructive letter to him 2 weeks ago with no response. Not impressed. I’d look at other properties if we went back.

Amazing time Rooftop hot tub!!
I had the pleasure of staying at courtyard villa #2. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, but I came for the ground level pool and rooftop hot tub. The grounds were very well maintained and flourishing, had the pleasure of being visited by the local howler monkeys that tend to climb the trees by the pool. The location can't be beat, just a 3 minute drive into downtown Tamarindo and a minute walk to the nearest beach. Overall a wonderful experience in Costa Rica staying here, I'll definitely be back!
Great stay!
We had a wonderful stay! Excellent option for families and location was fantastic straight across from the beach. Quiet and away from busy Tamarindo, but still close by to go out to eat etc.. Sunsets at playa langosta are phenomenal and rental had all the amenities needed to relax and enjoy Costa Rica. The pool is a great option for families with kids looking to escape the heat as well!

Excellent accommodations. Air conditioned home and bedrooms. Excellent jacuzzi and pool to relax in. Wi-Fi excellent throughout entire floors and roof top. Great location. Will return for sure!

What an incredible place all the amenities of home plus you’re right across the street from the ocean . Private and secure rooms well appointed I highly recommend this villa.
Fabulous, Quiet Location
This was a lovely home with lots of space for spreading out and options for relaxing and lounging, whether on the rooftop terrace for sunset or in the courtyard pool morning, noon and night! Even the front porch was nice for sitting and chatting. The complex is very quiet and directly across the street from access to a fabulous beach. There are at least 3 restaurants right there, as well, and a supermercado 150m around the corner - very convenient. And the walk in to town was only 15-min. The villa itself was a bit musty when we first arrived but once the AC was on it was fine. It's not new, and it's age is showing itself, but there was nothing that detracted from the enjoyment of our stay. the property mgmt company came straight away when I couldn't get the pool lights on (breaker issue) and were extremely helpful throughout.
Wonderful vscation
We had a great time at this rental. We loved being just outside of tamarindo. It was quick and easy to go into town, but quieter outside of town. We saw monkeys every morning and walked the beach. The beach was beautiful and very private. The house was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. The management company was great. They were available to help with all our needs. The drive to and from the airport was easy and arranged by the management company.

We had such a spectacular vacation. The condo was amazing and Lola and Josef were always there to help us with our bookings and any questions. They definitely went above and beyond in accommodating us.
Perfect location, but run down property with maintenance issues
The location of this property is in a great spot in Playa Langosta. We had problems with management prior to arriving. The villas are beautiful, but this particular unit is run down and needs updating. There were two broken shower heads, broken Cabinets, tv connection problems and a non working dishwasher.
Fun beach house
Nice big beach house with a cute plunge pool. Great location to the beach. Very helpful and responsive management team that were available whenever we needed anything.

We could have given 5 stars if maintenance wasn't so mediocre: BBQ with a gas leak and unusable, main sink tapped, visitor bathroom tapped, no hot water on second floor,... management company didn't respond swiftly in spite of phone call and messages on whats-app
Great location, quiet place and peaceful
Very nice location, and confortable place. It needs some jobs to property like painting it, but the rest is very good.
Amazing!
Super cute, private and spacious villa! We felt safe and it was close to everything, including the beach! We enjoyed every second! The private pool and hot tub were also amazing.
Courtyard#2/ Playa Langosta
La casa es tipo condominio y está muy bien ubicada en playa Langosta, muy céntrico. Si volvería a ir principalmente por la ubicación y porque es una casa cómoda. Sin embargo, necesita un poco de “cariño” y mantenimiento. Por ejemplo , los paños están en mal estado, las sábanas viejas y en mal estado, las cortinas no son del tamaño de las ventanas y no hay blackout. El rooftop necesita mejor mantenimiento y pintura. Para una “villa de lujo” me parece que son inversiones es esenciales que deben hacer para rentarla como tal. Son detalles en el mantenimiento de una villa que se renta como propiedad de lujo.
