Great Condo In Tamarindo
Great 5th floor condo in the center of Tamarindo. This two bedroom condo was super nice and the rental/service staff very helpful. Fantastic views from the balcony.
Picturesque View – Great Location – Unforgettable Experience
The view from the balcony and the master bedroom is unbelievably beautiful. The condo was spacious and laid out well. I’ve stayed in 5* hotels that weren’t as nice as this condo. And, Lola and Josef (RPM property management) were great at providing valuable information, from airport transportation and restaurant recommendations to recreation excursions — they took good care of us.

Great condo. Very family friendly and close to beach and all restaurants. Tropical vacations booked some of our excursions and the drivers and activities were awesome. Felt very welcomed. Our only disappointment was that the condo next to us pulled down a shade on their patio totally blocking a large part of the ocean view in one direction. No one was even there so not sure why it was closed off.

Great vacation in tamarindo
We went with another couple. Great location, fully stocked kitchen allowed us to cook meals at home. Three grocery stores nearby. Management company was very responsive to some maintenance request. Nice location. Nice big pool

Have stayed in Diria condos several times and just wanted a 5th floor unit. Coordination with RPM was excellent. Remember this unit is a rental so it’s not perfect. It is paradise.
Home away from home!
We had a wonderful vacation ! Our condo exceeded our expectations ; from the exceptional service provided by RPM to the clean, and comfortable condo!! We had all the comforts of home.

SPECTACULAR
It could not have been more perfect...the views, the amenities, the value. We had 5 adults staying in the condo and had plenty of room to roam. We felt safe and secure at all times.
My only negative was that the couch was not a fold out so one person literally was sleeping on the couch.

Matapalo 502 - Tamarindo Costa Rica
Pleasantly surprised to find our condo was just like the pictures. All the comforts of home and then some. Very quiet stay and roomy. Wonderful views and great WIFI. Air conditioning worked amazing. Also the water was hot for showers and had great water pressure. Coffee maker was used every day ! Had a great BBQ grill - but we never used it because of all the wonderful local food ! loved this condo. Elevator worked great ! but took the stairs a few times to burn off calories 🙂
Vacation rental in Costa Rica
We were extremely impressed with the property, and most especially the view. The beautiful view and proximity to everything made it all worthwhile.

Beautiful Condo
This place exceeded our expectations. Beautiful furnishings, the kitchen had everything we needed, the location was perfect. A grocery store one block away, shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance and the beach was an easy walk.
Home away from home
By far the best place I've stayed in Tamarindo. The unit looked just like the photos. It was clean, comfortable, and well furnished. The kitchen has everything you need. It was nice having a place to launder our bathing suits after a few days.
The location is quiet, but still close enough to walk to dinner.
We did not use the Diria facilities, but the pool area was beautiful.

Spring Break
RPM was great to work with and our condo was awesome! Everything in the condo was clean and our view was great. AC was needed and worked great, We had friends staying at another location and they did not sleep as well because their room was hot all the time. We had everyone over for afternoon drinks several times and the patio was great to relax and enjoy coffee in the morning while getting ready for another fun day in Tamarindo
Family vacation
We could not be more pleased with condo. It was perfect for me and my wife and two sons ages27 and 30. Very convienent location in tamarindo. Loved the view and watching hummingbirds and other birds from deck.
Luxury Condo with breathtaking views
Our first trip to Costa Rica and stayed 3 nights in Tamarindo in Matapalo #502 on the grounds of Hotel Daria. This is a two bedroom condo with the most spectacular views from the 5th floor balcony. The condo itself was beautifully decorated,very clean, and very well equipped with everything we needed. It is within walking distance to everything, shops, bars, restaurants, and of course the beach. I highly recommend this rental.
Wonderful Stay in Tamarindo
Matapalo 502 was clean and had a great view. Only issue was that power was out the day we left, but that had noting to do with the property or the management.
Amazing and relaxing experience!
We had a great experience with this rental in tamarindo. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The rental was even better than expected. Phenomenal views, incredibly clean, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect walking distance to everything. I highly recommend this rental. We couldn't have asked for a better experience on our vacation.
Awesome Stay!!
From the moment of the inquiry for this booking through check-out, this was the most amazing experience ever! Lola was absolutely awesome and such a pleasure to work with. She was always hospitable and responded to any and all questions in a timely manner. The property was absolutely gorgeous, clean and amazing views. We had a issue wit the toilet in the Master Bathroom. It was taken care of immediately after we reported the issues. RPM was absolutely fantabulous. I will definitely use them in the future!!
Paradise with a View
This was our first trip to Tamarindo CR and did not know what to expect. I can tell you that this condo and the town of Tamarindo did not disappoint. The condo is in a perfect location with an amazing view and you can walk to everything. Stores, restaurants, beach and shopping are all within a short walk. We enjoyed our time at the beach and the great pool with a fun swim up bar. There were four of us that stayed in condo 502 with plenty of room and amenities you will need to enjoy your stay. I would highly recommend this condo for your next vacation and we would definitely come back.
Great views and upscale decor.
Had a great stay at the Matapalo 502. Views from 5th floor are awesome and were able to see few rare birds and howler monkeys..
Amazing experience.
This was my wife and my first trip to Costa Rica and it was an amazing experience. The staff was very accommodating and the condo was beautiful and perfectly located close to everything. We felt completely safe our entire week of stay and will be back for sure.
Awesome Condo!!
We loved this condo! It was very clean and had just about everything we needed. I do suggested minor repairs to the bathrooms, but other than that, my friends and i had a fantastic experience. It was close to restaurants and shops and had a beach view.
Beautiful condo with a convenient location
This was an awesome 2 bedroom condo overlooking Tamarindo beach - it looks exactly like the pictures! We had no complaints at all. There were tons of beach towels and sheets provided so no need to bring any. There is a washer and dryer and coffee pot which we used but you have to bring your own coffee, detergent, etc.
We had access to to Hotel Diria and went to the beach in front of the hotel many times and utilized their tour desk. The restaurants of the hotel are pretty bad, I would definitely recommend exploring others. The beach isn't that pretty- brown sand, brownish water, more for surfing. But there are other beaches you can travel to that are better for swimming and snorkeling such as Playa Conchal 30 minutes away.

Wonderful Place to Stay in Tamarindo
This property was a great location to stay in Tamarindo. The pictures of the condo matched what we saw exactly and it was beautiful. The ocean view was exactly what we hoped was very well furnished and very comfortable. Cleaning was great and we even got a cleaning during our stay even though we were there only 3 nights. Everything worked, except the satellite went down the last day which was no big deal. RPM was very easy to deal with. We enjoyed using the Diria's facilities while we were there. There were only 2 issue that were small. We could have used a map to where the condo's entrance was and where we should park our car when we checked in, we did figure it out but a map would have helped. Also we thought we could use all of Diria's facilities and we were told that we could not use the beach side pool and chairs, just the condo side pool. We have access to the beach though. I was going to call RPM to ask, but for the rest of our stay is was a non-issue so I didn't. I would stay there again and would recommend the condo's over a hotel room at the Diria for a family.
Tamarindo Costa Rica Paradise Wedding
We loved our condo. Exactly was what we were expecting. Very clean and comfortable. Location was excellent for all the restaurants and little shops in Tamarindo. Pool area was great!
October Vacation in Tamarindo
We had a wonderful stay. The condo was even more beautiful than the pictures. Since we were there off-season, we had full use of the Hotel Diria facilities. A few minor issues came up which were resolved promptly by the agent. One suggestion: what was probably originally a set of dinnerware for 8 only had 4 large plates.

Stay at Matapalo 502
We had a lovely time. Its our second time in this unit and we enjoyed the security and the fact that it is so central. The A/C was broken when we arrived so 1 night out of 5 was ruined. The agency did send a repair man the next day to fix it though. The apartment was well appointed and its good to have the use of the Diria pool, restaurant and bar.
Fantastic Stay in Tamarindo close to the beach.
The rental was a fantastic property. Its location was impossible to beat with just a few steps to an incredible beach and the best part, a really big free form pool on the way. Would recommend this unit specifically for its incredible view and location! I will stay again.
Great unit but beware under construction
The condo was very clean and nice and very well equipped. We thought it would be closer to the beach but was just a short walk. Unfortunately, the building is under construction so there was a lot of noise everyday of our stay. This definitely detracted from the location and made our stay somewhat less relaxing.
