During these unprecedented times, we want to make our clients feel comfortable booking for the future – we all need something to look forward to! In order to help you make the decision to book an amazing vacation with us, we have updated our cancellation policy to the following:
All new reservations (made after Jan 1, 2021) will get a full refund (minus a $50 reservation fee) if cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival date. Holiday weeks (Easter, Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years) are excluded (see note below).
All cancellations made 30-60 days before arrival will be offered a one-year credit for the paid amount minus the $50 reservation fee. This credit must be used within 365 days of the original reservation and in the same property. The credit will be for the dollar amount originally paid and the nightly rate is not guaranteed. Subject to availability.
All cancellations made 30 days prior to check-in date are not eligible for a refund or credit. If we are able to re-rent the property for the same days at the same price, we will refund the client that amount minus all fees. If the unit is not re-rented, no refund or credit will be given.
Currently, in order to travel to Costa Rica, COVID/travel insurance is required. In these uncertain days, we do recommend that you purchase travel insurance that covers all travel related costs in the case of unforeseen issues.
