Comfortable, clean and convenient with amazing view
A large, airy 3 bedroom condo perfect for groups, though we were only two people. Well-managed and has everything you need, including a basket of beach towels. The view of the pool and ocean is amazing, and the covered terrace a delight. The elevator was out of service during our stay so we burned some calories using the stairs. Had a great stay. The only improvement could have been a friendlier driver from and to the airport. I usually tip generously but not this time. Note the proximity to bars and restaurants. We loved the location, but there was some noise on Friday night (only until about 10pm). The pool is fabulous, and we used it every day. Overall, highly recommended.

Enjoyed our stay at Sunrise. The condo had ample, comfy space. Great location in the heart of town.

My husband and I travel a great deal and this is one of the best reservations we have ever made. Exceptionally well stocked and beautiful. Thank you for all the thoughtful extras.
Five nights at Sunrise 16
Extremely helpful staff who were happy to help in any way including arranging transportation. They also answered many questions before we arrived. Comfortable and clean facility, eating places nearby, groceries across the street, excellent pool and near the ocean. Would not hesitate to stay there again.
Beautiful and spacious
Perfect for a family of 5. My favorite part of this apartment was the outdoor furniture and balcony. I also loved the spacious feel of the apartment. It has a separate laundry room which was very helpful.

I ptefer always sunrise RPM is a big place for rent condos for familys and friends.
Is like be a home. Superrelaxing luxury and is my favirite place. There are everything there for enjoy with your family.

Great Place!
The place was wonderful - safe, spacious, convenient, beautiful views. The condo provided everything you could need. The beach just across the road was for surfers. Lots of people selling their hand made wares - & constantly interrupting. The condo had a list of places to check out. So the next day we went a recommended 'surf club' a little walk down the beach (to the left if facing the water) - much nicer to have a lounge chair and shade. Also a pool - but this pool was great too! Remember to call the rental agency before you set out - this is a little difficult to find (across from the Daria beach front hotel). And if you come in the rainy season, the agency does not exactly keep regular office hours.
Great Place to Stay
The 3 bedroom 2 bath top floor condo was exactly what we needed during our visit. People live in this complex so it’s kept up very nicely. Everything we needed was at our fingertips: beds freshly laundered upon arrival and half way thru stay, kitchen had all cooking supplies. There is also a washer and dryer inside the unit.
All three bedrooms are decorated nicely. Each bedroom has its own tv. The view from the master bedroom is the pool and beach beyond. The other two rooms have an adjoining balcony that has a view of the lush greenery. We even got to see families of monkeys swinging from the trees close by, as well as one individual monkey close up. The living room and kitchen are separated by a counter. The 2 bathrooms have sinks, walk in showers and toilets plus extra space. Lastly. The main balcony off of the living room has a big table for eating outside. We were lucky enough to be joined on our balcony by doves. There was a nest with one bird and another would come sit with the one in the nest. It was absolutely wonderful!!
Half way through our visit, housekeepers came while we were out and folded the laundry that we had started earlier. They washed all of our bed linen and towels. We did not know this service was included but it was welcomed by our family. That day, we were all exhausted, so to come home to a clean place with fresh bed & bath linen and folded laundry was a nice surprise. Plus, the housekeepers made sure that the doves had seeds.
RPM was simply a call away. They picked us up from the airport, made arrangements for the rental car to be brought to and picked up from us at the condo. Then, at 4:30 am, they were available to take us to the airport.

Great Vacation Rental
Nothing short of fantastic. Management company went above and beyond, we had a problem with air-conditioning and it was fixed within the hour. Cleaning staff very good...even washed the clean towels we had hanging. I would highly recommend SR 16 location is perfectlyour located to the beach shops and restaurants.

We rented Sunrise #16 (3 bedroom unit) on the 4th floor recently. It was a great unit - well furnished with everything we needed, good wi-fi, and quiet as it is located away from the street. It is opposite the beach and centrally located in Tamarindo near restaurant & shops. Used RPM for booking and they were helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Sunrise in Tamarindo
We stayed over 3 nights in January 2016. The condo is in great condition. Good water pressure in the showers and effective AC. Comfortable mattresses and clean linens/towels. Hard to beat the location; central Tamarindo withni just steps to the beach and the town's numerous amenities. We didn't use the pool. Street and condo noise were minimal/mostly unnoticed. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. We had no problems with RPM (management).
Great location
Perfect location to appeal to differing desires of surfing, beach activities, shopping, bars, restaurants, night life, etc. Would come back. Staff were very helpful but not needed much. Costa Rica in general is fantastic! The culture and people are very pleasant and friendly. Enjoy!
Tamarindo vacation
I have booked my tamarindo vacation with RPM for 10years. If they can't find you the perfect place it does not exist.

Great condo. Well decorated. 4th floor with high ceilings. Balcony overlooks scenic pool. Nice kitchen, laundry, and living room areas. Fantastic location. Would recommend.

We had an unforgettable trip to Tamarindo and an extremely confortable relaxing stay in Sr 16 at the Sunrise Condos. I would definitely recommend Sunrise condos to stay and cant wait to come back to Tamarindo, Costa Rica!!!!!!!!!
