Good location, excellent backyard!
We stayed here with 6 kids and 4 adults. It worked well for us! Location is walkable, backyard is a great little reprieve from the hot sun. Kids got endless fun out of the pool rope swing and ping pong table.
Casa Colorado Tamarindo
Great family vacation! Visited numerous beaches in the area. This house is a great central location to visit many beaches. Monkeys, birds and beaches everyday!
Casa Colorada for the Canadian Care Bears!
Casa Colorado proved the perfect location for our group of 6 mommas to have a much needed escape post COVID. We were able to relax immediately and stayed that way for the week (with the exception of a few close calls with critters)! The gated home offered safety, great proximity to the beach, shopping, groceries, property management office and golf cart rentals.
The home was very clean and well equipped. The cleaning lady came mid week to tidy and the pool guy came once. Due to the season, perhaps pool cleaning could have been twice as there was much debris in the pool. We managed well enough and despite our aged swung on the Tarzan rope!! We brought in a chef who was able to create amazing meals in the well equipped kitchen. The only feedback would be to have some basics…salt, pepper, sugar, and hot sauce on hand as buying small portions not possible…enjoy the sugar packets!

Private luxury retreat
Property was as described. 3 bedrooms in the main house all with their own bathrooms and then la casita had its own bedroom and bathroom. The property was clean and well maintained. The property management company provided excellent customer service when we had a maintenance issue as well as booking all our activities and transportation. I would highly recommend a stay at Casa Colorado. We had the property management company book transportation to and from the airport, the full day Rincon de la Vieja activity and half day sailing tour. All were amazing with friendly drivers and tour guides. For sunset dinners try Noguis and Panagas. For excellent steak reserve a table at Patagonia. For homemade Italian, Enea’s was delicious and a short walk from the house.

Nuestra estadía fue muy placentera, la casa impecable, buen espacio, mi Hija amó la piscina. Super cerca de playas y del centro de tamarindo. Esperamos volver pronto.

Our group had an incredible time - perfect location, great weather and the food was great no mater where we choose.

Great stay for a family of 9 at Casa Colorado. The house was clean, great for kids ages 2-11 and adults and was convenient to town. Would definitely return!
