About RPM Vacation Rentals

RPM Vacation Rentals was started in 1999 and has grown to manage many of the best privately owned proprieties in Tamarindo and Playa Langosta. The key to our success is treating your vacation as if it were our own and taking care of the condos and homes we manage on behalf of owners as if they were our own. RPM is one of the largest employers in the Tamarindo area with over 60 dedicated staff focused on providing great service to our guests and owners.

We recognize our success is by being hands-on and developing great relationships with our guests, individual property owners, and staff and we are fortunate to be able to call many of them our friends. It’s an amazing blessing to have friends from everywhere around the world.

Our staff is amazing and you will meet many of them on your holiday or working with us on your amazing vacation property here in paradise. We are fortunate to have staff that have been with us since the start and a `great staff who have grown up in Tamarindo. We believe in investing in our staff to help them reach their personal and professional goals. We provide our staff interest free loans, time off for education classes and opportunities for growth within the company.

RPM is involved in the community as well. We pay the water bills and help maintain the community children’s park and soccer field. We support the surfrider foundation to help keep our beautiful beaches clean and free from trash. We are heavily involved in the local bi-ligual school La Paz and Amigos de Educacion who offer and provide scholarships to the local families in our community.
