Amazing Condo at a Great Value
Our Family of three stayed in this condo from July18/2023 to July 27 2023. The Condo was very clean with everything you need for your stay. Great kitchen gear to prepare any meal that you would make. Great location to the beach. We rented a golf cart from Paradise Golf carts they have free delivery and pickup. The golf cart makes trips to Tamarindo about a mile away fast and efficient. Would rent this condo again and would have no problem recommending to a friend.
Great, quiet location for new years week.
Great location, comfortable villa layout. The property management company promptly responded to our observation that there were a lot of ants (not uncommon at the beach in CR) and immediately sent someone to address it.
I would make two suggestions:
1) Provide some cleaning service for longer stays. We stayed for 5 nights and didn’t get any cleaning service.
2) improve communication regarding trash. Someone in our party assumed that the groundkeeper would pick it up from outside our door, and instead the bag was torn up overnight by a racoon.

The condo is in an awesome location…our second time staying in this condo complex. I would say that some of the amenities could use upgrading (like the blender / knives / utensils / towels / etc.) but in general, the place is great. Also – found the kids bunk beds to be in need of replacement…very hard.

We had a great time on the beach in Tamarindo and exploring up and down the coast. The condo was perfect for our family of four. Thank you for sharing your place with our family.

This was a very nice property. Very clean, well maintained and just as advertised. Pool and beach close by. Very quiet area, warm and sunny. Nice unit for a family with all the conveniences of home. Only problem was that upon arrival at 9 PM, there was no water to take showers. Even in the morning, there was still no water available. First problem was that the water tanks were empty because the city did not refill them. Then the pump broke that distributed the water. By mid afternoon of the next day, all was back to normal. Only happened once during the 6 day stay.

Great place, villa is pristine and equipped with all you need to have wonderful vacations. I'd expect to have a beach swimming spot right in front of the condo, however there are too many rocks that make it impossible. Anyways, you can find one of the best spots I've ever been just 5-10 minutes walk including a small river were the young kids can play safely.

This is amazing place to stay. Be sure to ask to deal with either Lola, Natalie or Kylee. They are all very professional and a true asset to the RPM company. The only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 score , had nothing to do the the above mentioned staff. It was because of the owners wife, who obviously is not enjoying her work in this environment. I would return multiple times because of my dealings with the staff. Try not to deal with the owners wife. It is an excellent condo area to be in in Tanarindo.

The only thing I think needs improvement is in the furniture that is a bit old. Specially the living room couch and for the master bedroom I will suggest a king size bed! Also bedding and towels need to be refresh. Besides that the rest was perfect!!!!!
