The property was everything it was said to be, and then some. it really surpassed all of our expectations. the house was furnished beautifully and the property was very well-maintained. A man came every morning to make sure the pool and the patio area was clean. The kitchen was supplied. And there was plenty of room for our family to spread out. I highly recommend this property.

Case Sirena is gorgeous! The property has everything you need and dream of! The ocean views and sunsets are unreal. The pool and outdoor living space is very comfortable. Individual “houses” for each bedroom and gorgeous flowers and fish to admire as you walk through the floating walk ways. RPM was top notch! They planned our activities and Lola was fantastic with information and flexibility!!! We would highly recommend!!!!

Perfect Family House
This house is set up to perfection. Each section is separate from the others and has its own bathroom. You feel like you on vaction when you walk through the front gate due to the koi pond and garden. The house sits right off of the beach offering great sunset views from the pool and patio. Would love to stay here again in 2024 for 2 weeks.

Incredible in every way! We rented Casa Sirena for a month - house was a 11/10, location and access to services/amenities also 11/10. Kitchen very well appointed and Property Management was the most responsive group that I have ever encountered. The only thing I wouldn’t do again is pre-order groceries, with a surprisingly well stocked grocer a two minute walk away. Reluctant to submit this review because I want the house again for a month next year.

Incredible house, all bedrooms are suites and very private. We loved the pond and the fish.

Wow wow wow
What a great house! From the moment you walk in to the tropical koi pond to the amazing ocean view from the back patio you feel how special this property is. We loved all the Costa Rican art in the house. We have stayed in other rentals in the area but this house really reminds you that you are in Costa Rica. The house is beautiful and very well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen. The rental company is also very easy to work with and helped with transportation and everything we needed. We loved the privacy of having all the bedrooms detached from the main house and they all have their own en-suite bathrooms, all with outdoor showers!! We loved every bit of our trip.
Peace by the Sea
What an amazing stay we had! This house is not only physically gorgeous but its warm inviting energy is felt throughout. It's as if the owner's intent was to fill all your senses at all times. The water and land gardens, the pool, the ocean,and the artwork were all breathtaking!!! I often found myself peacefully admiring my surroundings. From a practical sense, the bedding was comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and there was more than enough area for family time or alone time. Management Company was always helpful with any questions or tours we wanted to do in the area. I have 3 children in their 20's and it was a perfect gathering and vacation for us all. Pura Vida!

The house was beautiful and I love that it was just steps from the beach. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. All rooms separated which allowed for family time as well as privacy. Love the indoor/outdoor showers. Gardener kept the pool,

What a beautiful home in a beautiful location. We stayed for a week in July, and would have stayed another if the house was available. While this may be a difficult setup for families with small children, it was absolutely perfect for us, as everyone had a very private room with its own bathroom. The outdoor space is amazing, and the sunsets are unrivaled. The walk to Tamarindo on a beach of sand and lava rock is a bit over a mile, and is beautiful. Walking into town on the road is easy for those that are able. RPM was fantastic from start to finish, and addressed any little issues we had very quickly. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat. My advice? Rent the house now before someone else does. You won’t regret it.
