The location could not be beat! You are in the center of everything! The room was clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay again.
Amazing family vacation
This condo was exactly what we hoped for and more! It was clean ( no bugs at all), spacious and had everything we needed. The balcony is AMAZING with a family of monkeys in the tree right beside it. We ate breakfast every morning watching the babies play. The pool is huge and a great place to cool down. Lots of chairs and shade or sun for everyone. The happy hour pool bar is very fun. Easy access to the beach across the road through the resort. There are stairs involved to get to the condo, but we didn’t mind it at all. We highly recommend this condo and hope to return again one day.

I have stated at Diria previously and love location. This condo I especially enjoyed due to the view and cute decor. It was also well- appointed with everything from towels,cookware, and beach toys. This would be my first choice to book again if going to Tamarindo!
Diria 202 stay
The Diria 202 condo was better than expected. The online pictures do not do it justice. Everything was clean and neat, and the condo was equipped well for all our needs for the week. The staff were great at answering all of our questions. We will be back again!

Tamarindo condo
This was a great place to stay. It had everything including boogie boards and coolers. There is a beautiful view overlooking a pool and ocean in the distance. It is across the street from the beach and close to all sorts of dining options. The only issue was the directions on where to park as we had to pick up our keys after 5. It was really confusing. But all in all a great place.
Comfortable for a family of four
Located on hotel property with access to one pool and beach. Excellent location to walk to for groceries, shopping, dining, and beach. Enjoyed pool with swim up bar. Nice view of sunset from balcony. Probably 500 yards from beach. Some sand toys, boogie board, etc for guest use. Plenty of towels for pool and beach. Great full kitchen but no dishwasher. Be prepared to walk stairs up and down to pool. Can bring your own food and snacks to the pool.

My husband and I stayed in Diria Unit 202 in May. We had previously stayed in the Diria hotel so knew of the facilities. I cannot say enough about this property. The unit was absolutely perfect, beautifully furnished, full kitchen with everything you might need. A beautiful view looking out over the pool and the ocean. It is right in the center of town, close to everything. There is nothing like coming back from the beach and taking a dip in the pool with a cocktail. The pool area is fantastic for both adults and kids, never crowded. I cannot wait to stay here again, this unit will be my go to whenever I visit Tamarindo.

Our family of 4 very much enjoyed this property. All was as described, the customer service of RPM is delightful and it is close-walking distance to anything you could ever want to do in the Tamarindo area, including a convenient grocery market. We were even visited one afternoon by a feisty group of howler monkeys at no extra charge-ha!
Our girls are 12 & 11 so the pool was well used after a fun, hot day in the waves and our favorite restaurants were the several that were beachside. Not one let us down.
Hope this helps anyone considering a visit...we'll enjoy returning again!

Excellent family vacation
We stayed at Diria 202 for a week. It was perfect four our family of 4. The location was great. Our kids loved the pool and it was an easy walk to the beach. RPM was very easy to work with. I would rent through them again. Thanks for a memorable vacation!
Diria 202
Perfect location and a very comfortable condo with definitely one of the best views in Tamarindo. There are a couple grocery stores very near by and plenty of restaurants and bars, the beach is next door. Jogged the beach and had a swim most mornings, then enjoyed a special coffee on the patio as the day started! The company was helpful and responsive. We would stay there again.
Tamarindo Vacation
We just returned from our vacation in Tamarindo! It was AMAZING! RPM was great to work with, they were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Diria 202 was absolutely perfect for our family of 3. It was clean, modern, had a fantastic pool and in a perfect location to walk everywhere in Tamarindo. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. We ate breakfast on the balcony every morning with the birds and howler monkeys. The views both day and night were incredible. I highly recommend Diria 202 if you want to be close enough to walk everywhere and still have quiet evenings on the balcony. We can't wait to return! Thank you again for a wonderful vacation!

Amazing vacation
Our vacation in Tamarindo was amazing. The condo was the perfect size for our family of four. The condo had everything we needed. It was clean and just as expected. We loved drinking coffee, playing cards, sitting in the hammock and watching the sun rise and set from the balcony. The RPM staff was great! They answered every question promptly and helped arrange transportation to and from the airport. Our driver was also great! Best vacation ever.

The place was amazing, the condo was freat and very confortable.
We have all the things we need to make our vacation great. the condo is near to the beachs, shops, restaurant, etc. The pool at the diría is beautifull and de people who work there very helpull.
Great condo with perfect location
We very much enjoyed our stay at Diria 202. The condo is nicely renovated and furnished. The King bed is very comfortable and the condo does have 2 separate bedrooms. The location is perfect just downtown Tamarindo, walking distance to all restaurants and grocery stores. Most importantly, it is located just across the road from the beach. Although there are steps to get up to the condo, we welcomed the challenge being in our late 50's and wanting to stay in shape. The only suggestion we have would be to upgrade the furniture and add ceiling fans on the balcony. Overall, we were very satisfied with this condo and the management company (RPM) were very helpful.

Daria Condo
We enjoyed our stay here, but were very disappointed that their was no washer and dryer. We had been traveling all over Costa Rica before arriving in Tamarindo and had gobs of dirty clothes. It would also be a good idea to warn about the amount of steps one has to climb to get from the pool to the condo - 72 to be exact. Elderly people might not be able to do that. On the up side, the guards at the gates were very friendly.
Great way to visit Costa Rica
Our condo was clean and had all the promised amenities. We were more than pleased with our location to the beach and all the eateries. I will definitely recommend this to friends and we are already planning our return trip
Diria 202
Generally satisfied. A bit of a hike to get to the condo relative to the others in the area. Property was clean. It would be nice if the owners would open the washer/ dryer to renters. It would be a nice addition and keep in it line with similar condos in the area.
Diria 202
The location is great (across from the beach with access to all of the DIria amenities). It is a climb up many stairs to the condo. There was no hot water in the shower and we told the property management three times in the first week. The property management sent out maintenance who could not figure out how to fix the problem so we were told there was nothing they could do. The fridge went in phases between not keeping things cold enough, to freezing our eggs in the fridge. At one point the bathroom sink pipes leaked on the floor but someone came to fix it. The view from the hammock on the balcony was great.

Location and Condo was great but I consider the check out time can change even more if the condo is very clean, leaving at 10 am seems to be very early due to check in is late at 3 pm. I understand you have to clean but maybe checking the room and verify it is clean check out time can change a little later
Once Was Nice
Tamarindo was everything we were told it would be. We will come back but will not stay at Diria. Our unit, 202, was very dated and surrounded by locals who brought their dogs. Worse, we were not allowed access to the Diria facilities across the street (beach front). The good news is that we found numerous nicer places with similar or better locations.
Perfect!
We had a great experience, the flat was in a perfect location and it was a bonus to be able to use the hotel facilities - swimming pools and access to private beach area. We were right in the middle of town. The flat was well equipped and of a good size for the two of us.
A hike and a room with a view.
The condo was nice overall. Big, beautiful view, exactly what you see in this photo. A nice surprise to have housekeeping 2x's during our stay. HOWEVER, a horrible mildew smell the entire week. I think it might have been coming from the drapes. Also it was VERY difficult finding the condo after obtaining the key. More specific instructions are needed. We ended up in the wrong condo building twice! Then had to walk up over 50 steps with pathways in between to get up to room. Either had to walk up dirt roads/hill or do the steps each time we came and went . We finally drove to road across from resort every morning and tipped guards to watch our car. The pools were beautiful but not steps from beach. I would recommend the Hotel Diria but not the condos due to the location. You have to be a hiker to want to stay here.Biggest problem was finding our room. W I think we spent 2 hours in the rain dragging our suitcases around and had to carry them up the 50 steps! After 2 days we just drove our car down every AM and tipped the security guards every day to keep a watch on it. Rained every day but one so we drove/explored in the afternoons. Had a great time anyway. The Costa Ricans were very friendly. Rainy season so very quiet. Found the best restaurant the last night. El Coconut. Great surfing. Take bug spray for late days on the beach

Must book!
The pictures online do this paradise no justice. A/C amazing every time yo come home, every room sufficient. Water pressure/temperature is typical Costa Rica but the view is spectacular. You'll get your exercise walking to it everyday up so many stairs, but it's part of the experience. One bedroom with a bunk bed divider wall gave just enough privacy with visitors sharing the room. We loved our little home for two months and would want to rent every year. YES they have wifi in the house!

I would recommend the condo Diria 202 to anyone looking for a place to stay in Tamarindo! The condo itself is in the older building, but there is nothing more you would need! Go and enjoy you will not be disappointed!
Very Happy With this Condo
We love staying in Tamarindo and on the Diria property especially because of the amenities and the great location. Diria 202 is great for a couple or a couple with children who do not need a separate bedroom. The kitchen is very well equipped for those times when you do not want to eat in the many restaurants in Tamarindo. The living room if very comfortable. The TV has a few English channels. The balcony furniture is a bit dated but the view is wonderful. The condo is on a hill so if stairs and an upward climb is a problem for you this might not be the place. We are an older couple and had no problem. We loved our stay and would return again. The booking process with RPM was easy. One word of caution however, RPM staff do not take you to the condo on your arrival. It is very difficult to find the entrance the first time. The security staff at the gate do not speak English and do not know what you are looking for. Better directions are required. Also RPM failed to tell us to go to the hotel desk to register and get a wrist band. We knew to do it because when we rented the year before the management company took us to the desk to do it upon arrival.
Would definitely stay there again, any time! Loved it!
Diria is definitely the place to stay in Tamarindo. It had everything for you and was so very central to the beach and other restaurants. Want to return immediately!
What a View!
The rental agency was very easy to work with. The location is great and has the best view in the complex. Just sit on the balcony and enjoy! It is not the most up to date condo but certainly serves its purpose well. Stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. We loved it.
Great double balcony with views to the ocean
In the vintage Diria condos, hammock and all, great sunset views, comfortable king bed, bunk beds, our kids loved the oceanic videos for a diversion, good sized bath/shower, well equipped.

Excellent place to stay
We had an amazing 2 weeks in Tamarindo and were very happy with our rental condo! Best location, great view and comfy. Very secure condo (including parking). Would stay here next visit back!
Great Location but needs a facelift
Located in the "original" Diria condo building on the 2nd floor. Ocean view. Able to hear loud conversations in next unit We were warned the condition was not great and the bedroom layout was odd (One King Plus a double bunk behind a partial partition), but it was OK for me and my two sons. Location is great with access to all Diria facilities. Kitchen tiling in bad shape, broken and missing portions of tiles. Furniture OK. Very secure unit and Diria security seems good.
