Tamarindo Beach is a beautiful beach with amazing waves, sunsets and so much more. Tamarindo is a great town full of things to do, great restaurants, shops, and nightlife. People from all over the world call Tamarindo "home" making it a melting pot of experiences, food, and activities. Tamarindo has something for everyone...from family-friendly restaurants and activities, surf lessons, kayaking, boogie boarding, etc. to great restaurants, bars, and nightlife. There are amazing boutiques, souvenir shopping and great grocery stores, and farmers and night markets. Tamarindo is a great place to take a surf lesson or to hop on a boat for a day of fishing or a sunset Catamaran tour. We even have a skate park and basketball court for those who want something to do in addition to the beach. The Tamarindo Bay offers surf breaks for multiple levels of surfers and calm waters for those who just want to swim and float. The Tamarindo beach is a beautiful beach for walking, playing volleyball, or just sitting and watching the sunset. Just outside of Tamarindo, there are amazing bike trails for mountain bikers, and it's an easy drive to many other amazing beaches. Tamarindo is 1 hour away from the Liberia Airport, you can arrange shuttles or car rentals through us with special prices and discounts.

Once in Tamarindo you can rely on the informal taxi service or rent an ATV to move around and discover some amazing beaches 30 minutes away from us.

You will be welcomed to the Tierra condominium through a private terrace with seating and pocket views of the ocean and the famed sunsets of the region. A Guanacaste tree (after which the region is named) off to the side is home to many tropical birds and howler monkeys can sometimes be seen (and often heard) in the mornings as you enjoy your rich cup of world-renowned Costa Rican coffee.
You will enter the spacious and open concept main level through a glass door/wall system that opens at both ends of the condo to permit plenty of natural light, a fresh breeze, and birdsong to pass through all day long. There is a large and comfortable living area; you and your guests will have plenty of room to entertain, watch a movie, read, or just lounge around after a day at the beach or after a thrilling day or surfing, a canopy tour, or a fishing expedition. Beyond the living room is the dining area with seating for six and a well-equipped and stylish kitchen. In the back is a large patio with two swaying palm trees. There is also a conveniently located and cleverly concealed half bathroom downstairs.
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom suite has a king bed, a private bathroom, and a private terrace from which to sip coffee and look out at the ocean and forests. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 single trundle beds and a large deck (ideal for those working remotely from paradise). There is also a second full bathroom upstairs.
Tierra condominium is equipped with high-speed 100MBS internet and a mesh repeater upstairs. Extra common spaces include a semi-private roof deck with stellar views of the surrounding ocean, jungle, and sunsets and a dining area, and a BBQ! There is a refreshing saltwater pool to cool off in and a shaded outdoor lounge area on the pool level. This is an extremely safe and secure building with only 6 other units and a caretaker who lives onsite.
