What a great Casa to get away and steps from the beach. We now have names for the Iguanas, and some of the monkeys. The house was very clean. Thank you for the welcome gift! We will come again!!

Very nice spot near the surf spot. Several good things about the place and also the equipment in the villa. Near a small grocery, good outdoor. The only things, needs dome improvement in the bathroom at the top floor.

Location is almost everything!
Great location away from the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo unless that is your thing. Property is steps away from the beach, however, it is a rocky beach and you can't swim right there. You have to walk or drive to a safer swimming beach. The property itself is well maintained both inside and out. Appliances are great, air conditioning works, and kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for cooking. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would recommend "La Kitchen" for eating out. There is a little corner store right across the street if needed but there are several larger supermarkets right in Tamarindo. Would highly recommend! Hoping to return someday.

We absolutely LOVE Costa Rica and Villas Longosta . It is a beautiful location with wonderful permanent residents and others that rented as we did. This unit has recently been purchased and is being improved upon . It definitely needs more improvements ,..but we enjoyed our time there immensely .
Great find! Right on the beach
We’ve been going to Costa Rica for years, this condo is a great find. Very reasonably priced for Tamarindo and for being right on the beach. The longosta surf break is just a few minute’s walk down the beach.
The only improvement I would suggest are the extra firm mattresses. 2 out of the 3 bedrooms had very firm mattresses.

Pura Vida
Our family enjoyed our vacation rental experience. Our beachfront condo was beautiful. We enjoyed all of the comforts of home. A newly renovated kitchen with modern appliances including a dishwasher, three spacious and confortable bedrooms bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a cozy tv room. Best part was an upper and lower full size decks overlooking the ocean. New bbq to boot.
Optimal Family Vacation
We had a 3 generation family holiday staying in Villa's Langosta, Costa Rica. This was one of the best vacations we have ever had. There was something for everyone to do and offered us a safe, clean amazing place to stay. RPM Management staff were helpful and organized in assisting us with travel and excursions.

Great location a few steps away from the beach.
Good service from rental managers, security officers and maintenance personnel.
The Villa is old and needs refurbishing (fence facing beach, concrete fence in upstairs balcony, wooden windows facing beach, wood ceiling in main rooms).
Appliances in good condition.

Villas Langosta #1
Upon arrival, Lola informed us (she actually sent an email I didn't get because we were in the air) that the ACs in the two upstairs bedrooms weren't working. This ended up being okay because the four people who were supposed to come with us cancelled at the last minute.
The downstairs bedroom had a most uncomfortable mattress. Lola arranged to have a mattress from upstairs brought downstairs.
My disappointment with the condo has nothing to do with the service we received from the RPM staff. As usual, Lola was accommodating and friendly. We love her!

We loved the location and the beachfront condo. The staff at RPM were excellent! The condo was damp with a bad mold smell which bothered our allergies, otherwise all was great.
Great location, calm and secure
We enjoyed our stay at villa Langosta. It was close enough to Tamarindo and far enough to be away from the hussel and bustle. The unit is right on the beach and we really enjoyed the pool. Only recommendation I would give is to update the kitchen (cabinets, stove, refrigerator, add pots and pans and silverware. The mattress in the upstairs bedroom with the futon couch needs to be replaced. The springs are finished and when two people sleep in that bed, you end up both in the middle of the bed. Patio furniture on the upper deck was out dated and broken.
Langosta Retreat
Villa Langosta #1 is an excellent vacation location for a family it has good kitchen although only small frig three bedrooms and two baths. The addition of a small BBQ would offer another cooking experience. The location allowed easy access to the beautiful beaches from which we were able to view beautiful sunsets, turtles and many birds. There was also snorkeling just a short distance away. The town of Tamarindo is just a 20 minute walk or a short taxi ride away, offering a great selection of stores.
Playa Langosta Unit 1
Awesome unit, was a comfortable size for a family of 4. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms were clean, plenty of towels, and hot water. Washer and dryer were a huge plus. Would suggest putting a safety strip on the upstairs area that steps down....where you least expect. RPM was awesome, place was beautifully maintained, pool was very refreshing, and we particularly enjoyed that it was not in the sun in the afternoon as we needed some respite after swimming on the beach, security and gardener both brought us a couple of delicious mangos. We will be going back, hopefully soon!!!!
Christmas Vacation
We loved the location and the condo! We were able to walk back and forth to town and the beach was just foot steps away. would definately come back!

Great except for when we went to pay for our excursion. The representative in the office was rude, not helpful and very condescending.
