Recomendamos,arreglar los aires acondicionados, ya que no enfrian, la primera noche fue sofocante, el manager, fue muy amable y mando a un tecnico inmediatamente… pero el problema no se soluciono del todo.Tengo entendido que el Jacussi es con agua calente para relajar al cuerpo , este es de agua fria y no funcionan todos los propulsores.En General lo pasamos buenisimo, esta super cerca de las playas y restaurantes y mercados.Lo recomendamos y volveriamos.

We had a great time in this beautiful place. The condo is very comfortable with all the necessary amenities and appliances. Its location is convenient as it is close to the beach and in a safe place.

Perfect Location -- Close Yet, Far Away
La Esquina #10 is the perfect location to enjoy Tamarindo. It's close to everything, yet far away enough to feel like you are in a private, secluded resort. The grounds are lovely and serve as a great location for local wildlife (parrots, squirrels, iguanas and monkeys). The home itself is lovely and the layout is perfect. The bedrooms are on opposite ends so that people do not interfere with each other if wanted. The furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary tools/utensils. We also enjoyed the hot tub area every morning while having coffee. We all look forward to visiting Tamarindo/Playa Langosta again and will be staying at La Esquina #10.
Great stay!
We loved La Esquina #10. It was a family trip, so the jacuzzi was perfect for my parents and the pool perfect for the little ones. Overall it was a beautiful experience. The only inconvenience we had was that we had trouble leaving one of our cars in the parking lot. We had two cars, but just one parking spot available per condo. Since the facilities were not in full capacity we hoped they would let us leave our second car inside. At the end we did, but didn’t get there the best way posible. Aside from that small inconvenience, everything was perfect. The beach was less than 5 min away and Grocery shops a 5 min ride. Definitely going back.
Pura Vida living!
RPM was excellent and our condo was well kept, well supplied, clean, cool, and spacious. Our family was very comfortable with plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms for a set of parents, a set of grandparents, and 3 kids. Pool was great too. We took in the beaches, various tours, eateries and many different activities, all of which were made even more enjoyable for us by the ever-so-tourist-friendly people of Costa Rica. Pura Vida for sure! It's hard to believe that Costa Rica is bordered by countries with so much strife and crime. We felt safe for sure, and we were treated so well by everyone we met. A wonderful and memorable 2 weeks for all of us.
Fantastic week in Langosta
This was our first trip to Langosta and the first time we used a rental property. The property management team responded to all of my questions in a very timely manner and helped set up a tour and taxi service one evening. The property was very nice and felt like home. There were 3 couples and we had plenty of space. We loved the balcony and spent every evening with our friends enjoying the sunset and hot tub. The staff came to clean twice during our visit and were very polite. We would definitely rent from them again.

9 days in Playa Langosta
Background: Canadian family of 3, daughter is 8. We go on an all-inclusive vacation every March / April to Mexico or Cuba. This year we met up with my dad and his wife so need more space.
Here we go…
Suite Pros: Well kept. Spacious. Patios are mostly covered to keep the sun out. Cleaners came twice in 8 days.
Suite Cons: BBQ grill works, but not enough heat to cook anything, had to move cooking to oven in suite. 1 bedroom fan did not work and water did not work in half bathroom. Called property mgmt about fan and fix by next morning. Hot tub wasn’t heated.
Property Pros: Very quiet. Warm pool. Well maintained (people working daily). Parking available for each unit. Secure.
Property Cons: Pool could use better daily attention for items that get blown into the pool.
Location Pros: Best kept secret is the beach where the river meets the ocean - about a 10 minute walk south on the beach. The Langosta Supermarket is only a block away - they make empanadas and other baking items at reasonable prices that are very good.
Locations Cons: As soon as you step outside the resort there is a rotting smell. Heat was too much. We rented a car on day 2 for the remainder of our trip and returned it back to the airport, which worked out really well.
Weather: 35 / 36 C (95 / 98 F) and very windy each day. Once the sun goes down the heat comes down and you can walk around easier.
Beaches: Playa Tamarindo is much nicer and better for swimming, but Langosta has better surfing and again, the beach where the river enters the ocean on Langosta, is a must see.
Overall: Costa Rica was much more expensive than we anticipated. From restaurants to supermarkets, toys, clothing, souvenirs and excursions everything was on par if not more expensive. The people are very nice and kind, but Playa Langosta is more of its own small town for foreigners, thus we didn’t feel as immersed in the culture and foods.

Great property!
A great place to relax
I was very impressed with condo, it had all the accommodations anyone could ever ask for. I was traveling with my friend who is a paraplegic and we were able to take him throughout the entire property. The pool was clean and amazing to sit and relax in. The only thing I wish this condo had was a better view of the ocean but being that it was right across the street from it I cant complain.
La Esquina unit 10
We had a wonderful time. The accomodations were luxurious with private balconies and bathrooms for each bedroom and a lovely main balcony with plunge pool. We thoroughly relaxed. We also loved the location, we walked along the beach to and from Tamarindo everyday and also explored Langosta beach for some great waves. It was really enjoyable. We even were treated to a family of howler monkeys across the street for a few days. One small suggestion - a light that shines on the step by the entry to the pool area should be added as this area is quite dark and the step can surprise you.

Wonderful getaway
We had a wonderful getaway in Tamarindo, being a third time there. We really enjoy working with RPM Vacation Rentals and 10 La Esquina is a beautiful full amenities condo. The staff at RPM know how to take care of their clients and we fully recommend using their services and renting #10 La Esquina.
Great place to stay!
Very clean and well equipped property. Pictures looked good, but unit turned out to be better than we expected. Would definately book this property again. Management great also!
Beautiful Property, Convenient Location, Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful experience from booking right through the end of our stay. The property was lovely, and it included everything one might want or need while away from home. The staff was friendly and responsive, and we appreciated the secured parking area. It was peaceful and lovely. Walking distance to one beach and only a short drive to many others.

Tamarindo vacation
We had an exellent vacation! , The place was beautiful . We were dissapointed because our car stay out of the property they where doing some work and there was a little mess because of that. So that os the only thing that make us feel ??.
Super nice condominium with great views and privacy
Beautiful condo with all amenities advertised. Nicely appointed with everything you need for your stay. Wonderful ocean views. Great pool! Great rental company employees who are nice and helpful. Secure and safe property. My family really enjoyed it. Would highly recommend it!
Picturesque Setting
We had a wonderful vacation in Costa Rica with our friends. We rented the beautiful La Esquina #10 and it was perfect in everyday. The rooms were set up so that each couple had a private bath and terrace. Dinners were on the oversized patio with a view of the ocean and a plunge pool to cool off after and heat of the day. I loved the beautiful pool, that meandered across the full length of the property. Pictures really do not do this suite justice. The security staff and management staff were top notch. We hope to return again and again….
Fantastic 1st time in Costa Rica!
This was our first time to Costa Rica, and our first time using a vacation rental company to find a condo. The condo was exactly as described/pictured and was beautiful. It was really clean, modern, and spacious. The 'hot tub' on the balcony was a bonus, but wasn't actually a hot tub, it was more of a 'cool pool', which worked out better cause it was so hot out. The common pool was also amazing. The beach was a few minutes walk down the road which was handy, but difficult to swim because of all the rocks. Tamarindo was about a 20min walk which we did once/day without issue. It was helpful to bring a flashlight for the walk home at night. We took a taxi back a few times which was only $5. Overall it was a fantastic trip and we'd definitely use RPM next time!
Had an amazing stay at la esquina #10!!!!
La Esquina #10 was beautiful! There were 6 of us that stayed and we were very comfortable and had a great time. It was cleanup on arrival and the cleaning service came and did a great job half way through our stay. The beach is walking distance(5minute walk) and you can seethe ocean from the rooftop terrace. It's a great location when you don't want to be completely surrounded by the tourist attractions. With only a mile walk you can be right I the middle of the tourist area. I would definitely return and would recommend to a friend.
Vacation in Costa Rica
Spent two weeks at the condo. There were some minor issues but the property management team dealt with them very quickly. The area was very safe. We were a little disappointed that we were further from the beach than we thought and had a bit of a walk to be at a swim able beach area. Overall we had a good time and would recommend the property and area.
La Esquina 10
A tough one, because the property management for the condo is not the same property management for the building and grounds. I give high marks to RPM, who manages this individual unit, but much lower marks to Summerland, who manages the comples. They have a water problem in the complex which affects everything from the pool to the grounds and shrubbery. The dust from the street is all over everything outside, so that even our outdoor furniture at the condo is all but unusable. La Esquina 10 is a wonderful unit in a good location, but suffers from a lack of attention from the building management.
Very Comfortable Stay
My family stayed for 5 days. The condo was in great condition and very clean. The management was very helpful with information and helping us with arrangments. Highly recommend it!
