Luxury Villa – Pura Vida
We absolutely loved our Villa Time! Not only was the home beautiful and well-equipped, the pool was amazing and easy beach access within a very short walk. Tamarindo area restaurants and shops were great. Can’t wait to return and spend more time exploring beautiful Tamarindo and Playa Langosta. Pura Vida!
Wonderful place
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Beds were comfy and the kitchen spacious with everything we needed. Loved the private pool and a beautiful quiet stretch of beach just down a path opposite the house. Howler monkeys even came to visit one morning!
Great Place!
We love staying in Langosta. Its a quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurant options and close to Tamarindo if you want more action. This villa has a great location, just across the street from the beach with its own private pool. The house is newly renovated and one of the nicest we’ve stayed in here. There are several work stations and high speed internet for working from home. There were monkey’s right outside our door almost every day. We will definitely be back!

Incredible Location!
WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY AT VILLA CERCA DEL MAR #1. THE HOME IS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED IN THE QUIET TOWN OF LANGOSTA BUT IS CLOSE ENOUGH TO WALK TO TAMARINDO FOR THE NIGHTLIFE. THERE ARE SEVERAL REALLY GOOD RESTAURANTS (INDIAN, PIZZA, ITALIAN, MEDITARANIAN), ALL EASY WALKING DISTANCE FROM THE HOME. WE LOVED HAVING OUR OWN PRIVATE POOL AND HAVING EASY ACCESS TO THE BEACH AND THE WARM PACIFIC OCEAN! THE HOME HAS BEEN RECENTLY REMODELED AND THE OWNERS ARRANGED FOR A NICE WELCOME PACKAGE UPON OUR ARRIVAL THAT WAS A REALLY NICE TOUCH. WE HAD GREAT WEATHER WHILE WE WERE HERE AND SAW MONKEYS AND OTHER WILDLIFE ALMOST EVERY DAY OF OUR STAY. WE WERE SAD TO HAVE TO LEAVE...
Great Spot
I stayed at VCM #1 with some friends and we were very impressed with the Villa. We have stayed in other units here in the past and this is by far the nicest one. The owner's have completely remodeled it and it is brighter and more modern than the other units at VCM we have stayed in. We love the quiet Langosta vibe and this villa is right across the street from a great beach and has its own private pool. The WIFI connection was super fast which was important to us because we were all working while on vacation! The beds were really comfortable and everyone had their own private bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and modern and every room had air conditioning for those hot days and nights. We will definitely return to this unit next year!
Amazing Stay!
I STAYED AT VCM #1 WITH SOME FRIENDS AND WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE VILLA. WE HAVE STAYED IN OTHER UNITS HERE IN THE PAST AND THIS IS BY FAR THE NICEST ONE. THE OWNERS HAVE COMPLETELY REMODELED IT AND IT IS BRIGHTER AND MORE MODERN THAN OTHER UNITS AT VCM. WE LOVE THE QUIET LANGOSTA VIBE AND THIS VILLA IS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM A GREAT BEACH AND HAS IT'S OWN PRIVATE POOL. THE WIFI CONNECTION WAS SUPER FAST WHICH IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE WE WERE ALL WORKING WHILE ON VACATION. THE BEDS WERE REALLY COMFORTABLE AND EVERYONE HAD THEIR OWN PRIVATE BATHROOM. THE KITCHEN WAS WELL-STOCKED AND MODERN AND EVERY ROOM HAD AIR CONDITIONINGS FOR THOSE HOT DAYS AND NIGHTS. WE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN TO VCM #1 NEXT YEAR!
Beautiful House in Langosta
THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME STAYING IN LANGOSTA AND WE LOVED IT! THERE IS A REALLY NICE BEACH WITH GREAT SUNSETS BUT IT IS MUCH CALMER THAN TAMARINDO WHERE WE USUALLY STAY. THERE ARE SEVERAL VERY GOOD RESTAURANTS AND A SMALL MARKET IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD THAT YOU CAN WALK TO AND THIS PROPERTY HAS A GREAT LOCATION RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE BEACH. THE DOWNSTAIRS MASTER BEDROOM AND TWO UPSTAIRS GUEST ROOMS HAVE A REALLY NICE FLOOR PLAN. GOOD WIFI AND TWO WORKSTATIONS CAME IN HANDY. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE TRAVELING TO THE AREA. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!
