Great place to stay!!!
The condo we rented was spacious, clean, nicely furnished, had beautiful views, and iwas in a great location. The property management was very responsive. I would absolutely stay there again and would highly recommend it!

Fuimos 7 adultos a pasar unas hermosas vacaciones en Playa Langosta. La propiedad es BELLÍSIMA, super moderna, impecable y funcional. Lola, de RMP nos atendió de maravilla, siempre atendió a nuestros pedidos de manera inmediata y eficiente. Como todo en la vida, hubieron algunos pequeños inconvenientes, los cuales fueron resueltos de inmediato y con efectividad por Lola. Es una propiedad recientemente remodelada, todo es nuevo, moderno y reluciente. Las sábanas y toallas son de altísima calidad. Es una casa super equipada, desde la cocina hasta los baños. Todo es de un blanco inmaculado. Se nota que los dueños no escatiman en nada y piensan en el confort de los visitantes. Muchas gracias Lola y property owners por habernos recibido en vuestra casa!!!!!

The perfect place to spend a month in Costa Rica
I absolutely loved staying in 303! The furnishings were spectacular and had a clean contemporary look that I really liked. The showers were incredible, especially the double fixtures in the upstairs bathroom. It was very nice to have hair dryers in both bathrooms and the kitchen was well appointed. I really appreciated the owners’ gracious gesture of having brioche and homemade jam delivered on my first day!
A few suggestions: the 3 desk lamps and 2 bedside reading lamps in the second bedroom had no light bulbs. We bought some, they didn’t fit-we returned those and bought different ones but it seemed that there were no Costa Rican lightbulbs that fit those lamps. So my downstairs guests were never able to read in bed. Also we were never able to figure out the microwave except for the 30 second function; we finally got the safes to work after one of my guests scoured YouTube for 45 minutes. It would be helpful to have instructions available for both the microwave and the safes.Probably the induction cooktop too-I have one at home, but it can be confusing if you’re not familiar with them.
I wasn’t able to leave the place as clean as I would have liked because the scheduled cleaning service never showed up the Thursday before I left. I felt bad about that.
Overall though, my stay in 303 was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect for people like me and my guests, who like to walk the beach, sit in tide pools, body surf and just sit and listen to the waves. I wish I could come back to this unit next year and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
Restaurants we liked: Capitan Suizo, Barefoot, Panga, Bamboo Sushi, and Cala Luna.
RPM was very responsive and professional, immediately helping us with a problem getting hot water (which turned out to be entirely our fault!)
Bottom line: I thoroughly enjoyed my month in Horizontes 303.

Great place to stay!!!

Great rental - Tamarindo Area
We rented this unit for a 7 night stay April 2017. Upon arrival we met the RPM management staff and they were enormously helpful in arranging airport transfers and area tours if needed. Horizontal 303 was very clean and included all linens, beach towels, security and parking. We very much enjoyed the beautiful pool area for relaxing and of course the beach access with the beautiful sunsets. Its a great place for families.

Great stay in Langosta
Excellent location, accommodations, and property manager experience. Only negative was the resident "old folks" who liked to point out the rules around the pool. These two belong in a senior residence.
Exactly as advertised
Property was exactly as shown in the pictures and described in the right up. Very nice and secure location, on the beach, close to town, but away from the noise.
Nice Unit - Helpful & Friendly Staff
Nice unit with a good location in Playa Langosta. Quiet part of town with market and Italian restaurant nearby. Staff was friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in making our stay enjoyable. A very good experience!
Horizontes del Mar was outstanding!!!
We loved this place; 8 days of sunshine and great surf. The condo was immaculate with great views on every level, beautifully appointed and well maintained; we surfed the Langosta rivermouth 100 yards up the beach and the reef just off the front of this place. Awesome. We had a fantastic time, great dinners every night in Tamarindo and found that with our 4x4 we were within striking distance of a number of other great surf beaches including Grande, Negra, Marbella and Avellanes; we surfed every day, all day and were lucky to hit Little Summer, with no rain in the rainy season!! Can't wait to come back and we will definitely stay at Horizontes del Mar again.
Beautiful location on the beach
Horizontes Del Mar Unit 303 could have been a great place for our family to stay just outside of Tamarindo. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets each night from our patio overlooking the beach. We were just a short beach walk away from decent snorkeling and tide pools with all sorts of treasures to find. The condo had comfortable living and patio furniture to relax in. There were several complaints that we would like to see resolved prior to us staying in this unit again. This unit had a major ant problem. When speaking to other people staying at the complex, they had also stayed in this particular unit and found the same thing. The bed linens in all bedrooms were very old and stained and could definitely use an upgrade. Use of a BBQ would be great! Also, we traveled with three kids ages 6, 8 and 10 and wish that we had known prior to booking that kids were not welcome to have fun in the pool area. Instead, there were some permanent residents and/ long term renters suggesting that they wished it was a 55 plus condo and wished that the kids were more quiet. This was disappointing as we felt we were not welcome to stay and play at the pool while others were out there having pool time as well. I felt we had to constantly be telling our kids to play quietly and not splash too much in order not to offend other people in or around the pool. In my opinion, if you don't want to share the pool with kids, they please don't advertise this condo complex as a family friendly place to stay.
