My family of 5 booked this little villa for 9 days.. what a delight! clean, cool, private, yet near everything. The owners seemed to think of everything from washer dryer to beach towels, to a charging outlet under the carport. We even had a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival.. streaming TV's in every room for the kids, and pool service always kept the pool area tidy. Couldn't ask for anything more... Will stay again!!

If ever you’re questioning if RPM is a legit agency, look no further! They are the real deal and their service was impeccable. We did have some issues with the house at certain points, but they had people answer fast and come help up ASAP. We felt taken care of and their team at the office but also the people that come help with the pool are splendid. The home was wonderful and really corresponded to the pictures and description. Located soooo close to the beach, cute restaurant and convenient store, it had everything! It’s super clean, quite spacious for 4 adults and 1 child, our 2 weeks were amazing. The only small downside is that there are a lot of construction around the house starting super early in the morning (6:30) so a bit less relaxing than a house in the morning. Really not the fault of the agency, but something to consider when renting.

Great house with beautiful outdoor areas. Loved the private pool. Great location with quick drive into Tamarindo.

If you are looking for a well equipped vacation house this is a perfect choice. We loved the location, it is close to supermarkets and restaurants and walking distance from Langosta beach.

We booked Casa Tropical from Dec 22 to Jan 2, I had read a review on VRBO after we had booked that the individual liked the space but there were a couple of issues with the finished of the home.
To our surprise and delight the space is amazing. Apparently the owners saw the review and took the comments to heart.. the beds, the linens, the whole space is incredibly cozy, tranquil and accessible to everything you need.
They have also added a separate casita that is amazing.. the pool, the barbecue, the space surrounding the pool is incredible. This home and space provides everything you want and need to get away and relax and if you want beaches and restaurants, super easy access and closeness.. you can walk to everything or drive if you choose.
We have been lucky to have met Josef, Mao and Lola of RPM Property Mgmt. They have been fantastic to deal with and are very quick to answer any questions.
