Tamarindo is a great place to take a surf lesson or to hop on a boat for a day of fishing or a sunset Catamaran tour. We even have a skate park and basketball court for those who want something to do in addition to the beach. This brand new 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom luxury home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Tamarindo just a few minutes walk to restaurants, bars, shopping and beach. The open floor plan has floor to ceiling glass doors that seamlessly incorporate indoor/outdoor living leading to your private pool. The modern kitchen has all the amenities and a spacious dining and living area with a flat screen tv.

The private pool has a large teak deck with lounging and sitting areas and an outdoor BBQ where you can enjoy meals with family and friends. Each bedroom has a King sized bed with full en-suite bathroom. The mater bedroom and bathroom also has a secret garden with an outdoor tub.
