RPM started in Tamarindo in 1999 — back when this stretch of Guanacaste coastline was just beginning to be discovered by the travelers and investors who felt something special here. We felt it too.

More than 25 years later, we’ve grown into the area’s most established full-service company: managing some of the finest vacation rental properties in Tamarindo and Playa Langosta, helping buyers and sellers navigate Costa Rican real estate, and making sure every guest who comes through our doors leaves already planning their return. What hasn’t changed is our approach. We treat every property as if it were our own. Every guest as if they were a friend visiting from out of town. And this community as the home it is.

Seven Day Availability

Our offices and staff are available seven days a week to ensure a prompt response, excellent turn around time and availability. Our maintenance team is on call for emergencies throughout the night.

Maintenance & Repair

When required, we conduct the appropriate maintenance using qualified in house repair specialists. This allows us to respond in an efficient and timely manner.

Our staff is amazing and you will meet many of them on your holiday or working with us on your amazing vacation property here in paradise. We are fortunate to have staff that have been with us since the start and a `great staff who have grown up in Tamarindo. We believe in investing in our staff to help them reach their personal and professional goals. We provide our staff interest free loans, time off for education classes and opportunities for growth within the company.

RPM is involved in the community as well. We pay the water bills and help maintain the community children’s park and soccer field. We support the surfrider foundation to help keep our beautiful beaches clean and free from trash. We are heavily involved in the local bi-ligual school La Paz and Amigos de Educacion who offer and provide scholarships to the local families in our community.
