The Property
Casa Blanca is a small cluster of 5 villas just steps from the sandy, quiet end of
Tamarindo beach. The gated property is covered by trees and an abundance of large
tropical plants so that you can enjoy your own private oasis. All of Casa Blanca’s units
have direct access to the large common pool and deck area. A unique stone bridge that
arches over a corner of the pool connects the pool deck area with Casa Blanca #1’s
shady, private garden and parking spot.

Perfect Vacation
The property is just beautiful, very tropical. We loved our stay.
Great Location and Amazing Pool
First, kudos to the RPM property management staff, they are excellent at what they do, easy check-in and check-out procedures, very responsive when something needs to be attended to, and the staff that clean and maintain the property are friendly.
This house that we stayed in, is an excellent property. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all very comfortable and well equipped. I like the two bedrooms on the main floor, especially the Cali King in the main bedroom. We have two kids to they really enjoyed the single beds in the loft. The kitchen was perfect, living room was light used but also suitable and the outdoor space is comfortable. Kudos to the owners for providing some beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach bags and toys. This could be stated in the ad, were very helpful amenities.
The shared property includes a pool, several sitting areas. The pool and pool area are beautifully maintained. We were happy to spend hours by the pool.
We love this property, it is just across the street from a path that gets you to the beach and via the beach or by road it is just a few minutes into town.
A lovely oasis indeed
We really enjoyed our stay at our villa. The private area was perfect, the pool was refreshing and the accommodations were clean and well appointed. Do know that the upstairs in #1 has very low ceilings and is not ideal for adults. We did not recognize this when booking and found the steep steps and low ceiling to be impractical for the guests who were planning to utilize that space. We did some rearranging and made it work, but keep it in mind when booking. Very responsive management and excellent communication.

Our visit was very easy due to the attention and assistance we received from the staff. Prior to our arrival we received a number of pertinent communications from the staff which helped us understand what to expect. Additionally, they were very quick to respond when we had a question or concern.
We were most pleased with the service we received from Lola and German. They provided us with great recommendations and were very helpful.
The property was clean and offered everything we needed for a week long visit. We’ll definitely recommend this property and RPM for anyone’s visit to Tamarindo!

Lovely home, would rent again
We moved from another Airbnb that wasn't a positive experience, and we were so happy to be at this rental. The proximity to the beach is hard to beat for the price. The pool and grounds are clean and well maintained. The owners were very kind to bring us fresh-baked brioche in the morning. There is a bit of road noise since you're on a major road, but it didn't wake us. We'd stay here again.

Very nice casita on the quiet stretch of the main road that connects langosta and tamarindo (just north of captian suzio hotel). its close enough to walk to tamarindo without being stuck there. quick and easy access to the beach via the public beach access steps from front gate. the property has a perimeter wall with one parking space inside the locking gate. the nighttime security guard made us feel very safe as well. the multiple A/C units and ceiling fans kept the entire casita very cold. the kitchen was fully furnished with pots, pans, dishes, cups, etc. overall this is a great spot and I will definitely stay here again if/when im in the tamarindo/langosta area.

This location is perfect, but the unit needs a DEEP cleaning and some updates (i.e. the bathtub is very stained). The pool and gardens are well maintained and the staff friendly.

We enjoyed our stay the unit was clean but unfortunately there is a large puddle of raw sewage on the road very close to our unit. Tamarindo has to improve its garbage collection , and RPM should look into the termite problems that are beginning to show up outside the condo otherwise we loved it.
Nice setup in Tamarindo close to the beach
Overall we enjoyed our experience in Tamarindo. The house was very comfortable and with the pool we loved hanging out there. The owners nicely corrected an issue we had with the house so we were very happy at how attentive they were. The beach, as the ad says, is very close. About a minute walk and you're there.
The staff on site (maid, gardener, security) were all absolutely excellent.
As for Tamarindo itself some in our party loved it but others found it more built up than we were expecting. The dirt roads are a bit of a pain as with the wind everything ends up covered in dust.

Casa Blanca #1 - Langosta Beach
We stayed at Casa Blanca #1 between April 6th and April 18th, overall we are very satisfied with our experience and we would recommend dealing with RPM Vacations any time, especially Lola who has been very helpful.
Here is a bullet point type list of comments:
- The RPM staff has been very professional in all aspects of our dealings, including the house rental and excursion purchase.
- The villa was pretty much what we expected.
- There were some ants in the house, I guess it's very difficult to not have any ants in the south.
- The villa did not have any long chairs for the beach and that was dissapointing for those of us that wanted to spend some time on the beach.
- The Kitchen was well equipped.
- The beds were very comfortable.
- The site was really nice and well taken care of.
- The AC worked well.
- We felt safe during our stay.
- The location is very convenient, 15 minutes from Tamarindo.

very nice comfy stay; will return..beautiful environment.
had a lovely experience except the cleaning people never came so trash piled up. House area inside & out need to be sprayed for ants. but, loved the place. bathrms were nice, kitchen had everything you needed. beds comfy & the patio was awesome. nice pool & met great people.. will stay again. Plus, a very short walk to the beach & store.
Charming place
Our family had a wonderful experience at Casa Blanca. Nice, clean and comfortable house with a large terrace and lush garden with very nice shade and a clean pool. Very friendly groundsman. Would go back there for sure.
House for a great vacation time
House is great, it is located within a big natural property, property is safe, swimming pool was great. Bath, bed rooms, kitchenette equipment, everything I need was there. I strongly recommend it.
