great stay in Tamarindo
Our stay was just what we hoped for. The 3 bedrooms was so nice to spread out, and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels, and so nice to have a washer and dryer, thought we didn’t notice is behind the door right away. The beach and pool are only a short walk. We always felt safe. Windows do not block out the night of New Years Eve or the weekends, but we expected that. Well stocked! We would return, but probably not during peak season. RPM staff was super helpful and very fast! Thank you for the best family vacation!

Amazing condo in a gated community!
We stayed four nights in this amazing home. This large beautiful home was in a great location with the most awesome large community pool with a beautiful waterfall. The home was across the street from the beach and in the center of town. The home was well maintained with beautiful decorations. Our family had a wonderful vacation!
Very well rounded condo for a great vacation
Pretty utensils, plates, and glasses set up on every table. Well working AC along with pull couches, comfortable beds, and spacious rooms. The 2 min walk from the beach topped it off perfectly. Served as the ideal home to stay at tamarindo for an ideal price.

Perfect Stay!
We loved Condo-Sunrise 30 in Tamarindo! Beautiful, comfortable & close to everything! My favorite was there amazing air conditioning:) If need of ocean or mountain, not this unit, BUT, we did not miss that or need it at all as we where our exploring. The unit is very clean. I loved being able to do laundry specially after a very muddy Doon Buggy ride. When renting unit, staff was so amazing and friendly. I will 100% be renting with them again. Easy, clear and available. The pool and waterfall is fun. Shops and restaurants or just steps away, but we do not hear street noise. The Howler Monkey’s though are loud:) We love it all!
Well appointed condo
The owner of this condo has outfitted it with everything you need to cook and have this unit be the gathering point of your family vacation. We were a group of 14 staying in 4 units but this is the one where we could gather and cook and eat. It is beautifully appointed. Well located across from a beach entrance. The pool is very nice.
Great Condo in Tamarindo
The unit was beautiful and centrally located in Tamarindo. Walking distance from restaurants, bars and shops. The property was also beautiful.
Great Stay
This apartment was a wonderful experience, we had 4 adults staying for 1 week. There was so much room we easily could have had more guests stay. The location was walking distance from everything in the town and the beach. The rental property helped us schedule two amazing adventures (zip lining and other activities and a boat ride with snorkling), it was super easy to book. They apartment has a great patio to sit on and enjoy the weather and the kitchen was a great space to stay in a cook during the week. We only had two issues: the first set of keys that they gave us did not work for the apartment, we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to arrive to get us the right keys. Second, there were wet towels left in the washer for a few days so it smelled bad so we didn't use it. Other than those minor (fixable) issues, the place was amazing and we would certainly return.

Awesome vacation and great location!
We stayed at Sunrise Condos in Tamarindo and we were pleasantly surprised with the location. I normally stay on Playa Langosta and decided to try something different this time. We were able to walk right out to the middle of town and never once had to take a cab anywhere. Everything was within walking distance, the beach was just across the street and restaurants and stores were on every block. The condo itself was nice and roomy and clean and we never had a single problem with it, we felt safe because it's a gated community and the other residents and guests were all friendly. We had a small view of the ocean from the patio, which had a grill, highly recommend grilling out for dinner while you're there. Plenty of the local convenience stores have hot dogs, sausage, bratwurst etc no need to go to the Automercado. The pool was awesome and overall I would say it was one of the best vacations we've been on. The room was plenty big for 2 couples and there was a third bedroom if you had an extra guest. We had plenty of towels for the shower and for the pool. We would definitely stay at Sunrise next time we go back! The realty company was also very accommodating and helped with our transportation from and to the airport.

We had a great time
The apartment was a lot bigger than expected, everything was very clean and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ever need. Location is great, almost right in front of the beach and right in the middle of town, it was easy to get to the shops and restaurants by walking.
The pool is great for both kids and adults, my family is definitely going back next time we visit Tamarindo!

Sunrise 30
Beautiful condominium and complex. Extremely convenient location to surfing, town, nightlife, etc. The only issues we had were that the beds were very, very uncomfortable. Also, both times we went to the office in Tamarindo (upon arrival and departure) the office was closed during regular business hours. I would definitely recommend this complex to friends!

Beautiful condo
This condo was so gorgeous. We really enjoyed staying there. Plenty of space for the two families sharing a condo, and the kids (and adults) loved the pool and easy access to beach!
Great Location, Excellent Property
We were 3 couples coming down to Tamarindo for new years week, starting from the exceptional customer serve from RPM rentals, being picked up at airport via shuttle getting keys delivered along the way, I have nothing but good to say about Sunrise #30. Perfect location in the middle of down town with a grocery store across the street, with a large variety of excellent restaurants within 5 minutes either way. The pool area and landscaping around the property was immaculate. Sunrise 30, was exactly as shown on the pictures, The master bedroom was a seperate suit to itself. the wifi was excellent, and never had any issues with the A/C. It was a great bonus finding out with had in suite laundry as well.
Excelent option for a pleasure vacation
This property have a excelent ubication that you dont need a car to go to the beach, everything is very close to the condo
