Rates include up to 12 guests; additional guests are $100/person/night up to the 17-guest maximum. A refundable $2,500 security deposit is due at booking (returned within 7 days of checkout, less any damages). A $50 community fee applies. Minimum stay is 5 nights. Local taxes of 13% apply. Pets and smoking are not permitted without prior written owner approval. The Point sits at the exact spot where Tamarindo and Langosta beaches meet, giving guests the best of both: walk right for Tamarindo's surf breaks, restaurants, and nightlife, or left for the quiet sands and tide pools of Langosta Beach. The villa is set inside a private, gated beachfront community with 24/7 security, just steps from the sand and a short golf-cart or car ride from downtown Tamarindo's shops, dining, and yoga studios.

Guests have full access to the entire 7-bedroom villa and grounds, including the infinity pool, gazebo, fire pit, outdoor BBQ and dining area, home gym, 3-par golf green, and direct beach access. Private parking is included. Staff work areas are reserved for villa personnel; your concierge will orient you to the property on arrival.

The Point sits on a private beachfront lot inside a gated, 24/7-secured community. The main house wraps around a central pool and water gardens, keeping every suite within sight or sound of the ocean, with grounds that flow between indoor living areas, covered terraces, and open-air entertaining spaces.
Master Suite: The largest room in the villa, with a 180-degree view of Tamarindo Bay and Langosta Beach, a private balcony positioned for sunset views, a hand-carved king bed, a sitting area, a custom walnut walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with an 8-spout rain shower.
Suite V (Kids' Room): Adjoining the Master Suite on the second floor, this room sleeps 3 and suits younger guests, with an indoor shower and single-vanity bathroom.
Suite II (2nd Master): Known for its spacious footprint and tall vaulted ceilings, with a king bed for up to 2 guests and an indoor/outdoor shower with a Mr. & Mrs. double-sink vanity.
Suite I: Just inside the villa's main entrance, opening onto its own oceanfront patio, with an indoor/outdoor shower and Mr. & Mrs. double-sink vanity.
Suite III: A poolside suite with king or twin-split bed configuration and a private patio overlooking the pool.
Suite IV: On the Langosta Beach side of the property, with some of the villa's most dramatic ocean views, a king bed, and an indoor/outdoor shower with a Mr. & Mrs. double-sink vanity.
Suite VI: An additional en-suite guest room beyond the water gardens, with flexible king or twin-split bedding for families or groups of friends.
Suite VII (Beach Room): Set just below the pool level for extra privacy, ideal for guests who want the most direct access to the sand.
Together the 7 suites sleep up to 17 guests (12 included in the standard rate; 7.5 bathrooms total). Shared indoor spaces include a fully equipped, professional-grade chef's kitchen, a 16-seat oceanview dining room, and a living area with custom leather sofas, double sitting chairs, and a 60-inch TV. Outdoors, the grounds center on an infinity pool, a shaded gazebo, a fire-torch-lined terrace, an outdoor fireplace, a full outdoor BBQ and dining area, an ocean-view home gym, and a 3-par golf green, all inside the private, gated beachfront community.

The villa is roughly 75 minutes from Liberia International Airport (LIR), the main gateway to Guanacaste. One round-trip airport transfer (arrival and departure) is included with every stay; our concierge team can also arrange private drivers, shuttles, or helicopter transfers for the rest of your trip.
