Playa Langosta is a high-end neighborhood in Tamarindo, Surrounded by multi-million dollar homes and breathtaking nature. An amazing location for a family vacation. It is located a only a short 2-minute drive to downtown Tamarindo amenities or a 15-minute walk where you will be able to see monkeys and exotic birds along the way.

The beach has tide pools perfect for little kids to discover colorful fish and your occasional octopus. Towards the estuary (less than 100 from the public entrance) you have calm and refreshing waters with plenty of shade and right in front of it you have the local's favorite surf spot. There is a small grocery store with all the products you need and 3 restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Tamarindo is 1.5 hour away from the Liberia Airport, you can arrange shuttles or car rentals through us with special prices and discounts.

Once in Tamarindo you can rely on the informal taxi service or rent an ATV to move around and discover some amazing beaches 30 minutes away from us.

As you enter the main floor of the residence, you will face the large living area and kitchen with an ocean view. Grey floor tile and white, sleek kitchen cabinets are contrasted by natural teak furniture and the bright colors of Malu Moreira’s large painting capturing the vibrant blues of the Pacific Ocean just beyond your windows. A generous sofa, accompanied by woven leather chairs, teak shelves and a natural wood coffee table designed by a local artisan finish the living room space. A dining room table with seating for 8 people and a substantial kitchen island with bar stool seating for four provides plenty of counter space for meal prep and presentation for all your guests.

The main floor also features two bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms, a half bathroom, laundry area with washing machine and dryer and a large terrace with a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean.

One of the main floor bedrooms features a custom designed platform bed that can be set as a king bed or separated to create two single beds. This room has ocean views, access to the large main terrace, a desk and flat screen TV. The room also features a walk-in closet with custom teak cabinets, and an ensuite bathroom with a double sink, wood cabinets and a generous stall shower with rain shower head and wand.

The second main floor bedroom features a custom-made queen bed with a hidden full sized trundle bed that can be used to sleep children or rolled under the queen bed when not in use. This room has a large flat screen TV, desk and a built-in wall of custom cabinetry providing plenty of room to store your personal items. An ensuite bathroom with sink and stall shower equipped with a rain shower head and wand complete this bedroom.

The main floor terrace has two lounge chairs and a dining table with seating for 6 people; allowing you to enjoy your meals alfresco.

The upper floor contains the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom features a king-sized bed, ocean views, and a private terrace with two lounge chairs. The bedroom has a desk, flat screen TV, a walk-in closet with custom teak cabinets, and an ensuite bathroom with a double sink, wood cabinets and a generous stall shower with rain shower head and wand.

Note that all rooms and the main terrace are equipped with ceiling fans as well as air conditioning so that you and your guests are comfortable regardless of weather. The residence also has a mesh WIFI system to support internet and streaming services.
