After much research, I decided to stay here, and all of my expectations were far exceeded. The owners and the management staff were kind and attentive, but not intrusive. The property was beautiful! The location was perfect! It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo to escape and relax, but close enough to walk to town. The access to the beach in front of the unit was very easy, and the beach was breathtaking. I already miss waking up and having coffee on the patio, watching and listening to the waves crash. It is a very short walk to the river, where we did some fishing. Yes, we caught! Some things that I didn’t expect were the security gate and grounds security. These guys were an unexpected treat! So kind, and at the same time “doing their jobs!” On several occasions, I saw them quietly patrolling the grounds at night with flashlights. (not because this is dangerous place at all!) but I suspect, it was more critter control than anything else. Racoons and skunks, etc. I will come back here! I can’t wait to share this special place with my Wife and Son. I cannot imagine there is a better choice to enjoy this amazing country. Thank you All!!

My husband and I traveled to Costa Rica for the first time in March, and we were so pleased with our stay at this lovely condo! The unit exceeded our expectations! It has been recently renovated and was beautiful! The rooms are very large, clean with beautiful tile though out. The finishes are very nice and really comfortable. Bedding, sofa, dining chairs lighting , bar stools, recliners on the patio were all very lovely and comfortable. Also, the kitchen has excellent supplies. There are many dish and glassware options for entertaining. Nicer appliances than typical VRBOs so we really enjoyed cooking in this unit as well. The decorating was really beautiful and we especially enjoyed the art work by local artists ! Our Hosts, Kimberly and Pavel were so responsive to our initial few questions and they went “above and beyond ” to make us feel welcome and at home. The view from the rooms and patio are outstanding. Pool was clean and close to unit and easy to find a chair each day. The location could not be better. Short walk to restaurants and beach in minutes. You can see sunsets from the patio and we enjoyed the stars at night as well. You can walk into into Tamarindo, but it is a bit more of a hike, but super close by car! The hosts provided a great resource document that lists all the amenities and local points of interest that were spot on! It was nice to see staff on site daily too at entry gate and in the common areas. The property is will maintained and definitely has a luxury vibe. The close location of the management/travel company is a plus too for planning excursions. I am planning a return trip already! Of our many VRBO stays, this, by far, has been our best!
