The house was perfect for our family of 6. Walkable to town and the beach, access to washing machine and dryer, clean and large pool... I could go on and on. It was the best!

The rental was perfect for our family of four. We created lots of great memories in the beautiful pool which our kids loved and appreciated the location which was an easy walk to the beach and town. Our check in and check out process couldn’t have been smoother. Dave, the host was so friendly, communicative and helpful leading up to our trip that we didn’t even need any assistance during our stay. Highly recommend!

This amazing private house is among five villas in a safe and secured garden estate. Truly steps to the breathtaking beach. Clean, comfortable and beautifully appointed three-bedroom home with Pool, Private Patio, Wi-Fi. Plus a stellar management team that answers any questions and fixes any problems immediately. This is my third stay and I just love it.

A special thanks to the management team. They seemed to always be available and were quick to respond when no one was on site to answer a question. They were very attentive to the needs of the condo and I appreciate their work to make sure items were in good working order.

Friendly, responsive, great facilities

We stayed at Casa Blanca #2 for 8 nights and had a wonderful stay. Our place was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was great for the kids while we relaxed or cooked supper and the beach is just right across the street. The only thing I would recommend would be to have dresser in the loft bedroom as we didn't have anywhere to store our clothes. Overall, would easily recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Simplistically beautiful. The location was of house was very close to the beach. Which made beauitful sunrise and sunset walks. The communities felt very safe with a guard and staff around all the time.

We spent 8 nights enjoying CB2. It was very hot when we visited (Jan. 27 - Feb. 4/17) & CB2 was our little oasis after a day's adventures. The pool and the A/C were wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped (including a brand new D/W) & we had lots of fresh linens. We rented a car and daily went on adventures (do rent a car if you can). From CB2, we were steps to the lovely beach. We explored the area beyond Tamarindo. We did several day trips to places like Palo Verde Nature Reserve & Monte Verde Cloud Forest, happily returning to CB2, to rest and recover. With the exception of the days we travelled, every evening was spent strolling the beach, enjoying the sunsets, & finding a spot for dinner. The Langosta Beach Club was excellent for lounging & dining, & it was a only a 5 minute walk away! The birding & overall wildlife in this area is spectacular, as are the lovely beaches. Thank you to the Staff at the RPM office in Langosta for all of the advice & recommendations. We were well cared for.

location of the property is great, but the beds, sheets, etc were not good, as well you could hear the road very early in the am.

We had a great time at Casa Blanca 2! It has a huge patio, and beautiful wood accents. The pool and surrounding property is private and luxurious. The property is maintained by a great management company that was very helpful.

The location is perfect. It is 150 ft from the surf. A 2-minute drive, or a 5-10 minute walk on the sand into downtown Tamarindo, which is amazing because downtown can be busy and loud. It is close enough to walk to everything... you do not need a car.

We spoke with the new owner, and they were planning to add a new AC unit in the living space, and to close off the loft to make it a true 3 Bedroom beach house in Dec 2016. Great ideas!

This house is ideal for Families, Surf trips, and Small Groups. We would Highly Recommend.

Took care of payment and paper work online before arrival = Super easy check-in. The accommodations are beautiful and close to the beach. The kitchen was adequately equipped, the bedding was clean and comfortable. The check-out was super easy. There were only two minor inconveniences which were easily and quickly resolved. The signage on the cottage was different from the name of the cottage on the paper work and the wifi network and password on the printed information was incorrect. The pool is even better than the pictures and the ease with which one can walk to Langosta or Tamarindo is great.

Casa Blanca is a beautiful place in Langosta Beach to share in family, enjoy the ocean and relaxing. Very happy with this place.

The general feeling is balance and peaceful please, just what a need to recharge batteries.

Beautiful place to stay for a few days of vacation. My only tiny (really tiny) gripe would be the quality of mattress, linen and pillows. I think that the upgrade would make a huge difference.

the property and the location was everything we were looking for. The only suggestion I might have is to add more lounge chairs at the pool. Thank you for everything we will contact you next year.

We really loved just about everything. The exceptions were the somewhat creepy feeling of night guard lurking about and the fact that #2
has no privacy at main room. Also, the motion sensor lighting is extremely annoying - as it shines directly into #2 main room anytime a leaf moves in the wind. I went as far as unscrewing that light a coupled of times 🙂
