Top location for Langosta CR
Our stay at Peninsula 30 was outstanding. The location is the best in Tamarindo area and Langosta is an upscale/family friendly area with fun activities, great restaurants. The staff at RPM Vacations are pros who know the value of customer service. Everything about the condo was as stated in the RPM site. The furnishings are high end and the three balconies provide a view of the area. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Tamarindo / Langosta.

Absolutely outstanding! Plenty of room for all of us and great views. We are now spoiled for anything less. Great view of the ocean, and right next to the monkey tree for morning and sundown entertainment! Staff is excellent. We will stay here again!!!
Huge Luxurious Penthouse
I’m generally very picky but i loved this place. It was the definitely largest 3-bedroom condo we’ve ever been able to find in Tamarindo/Langosta and we’ve been coming to this area for years. The unit feels new and the whole building is recently completed , and at a luxury level which you don’t see that often in Costa Rica.
Over-sized bedrooms, great showers. 2 ‘living rooms’, each w TV. Blazing fast internet (fiber). 3 large balconies with clear views of 2 bays (Tamarindo & Langosta). Kitchen was well-stocked and i wish we had this level of kitchenware at home.
The building has 2 very large pools (much larger than the other buildings we’ve rented at). Large poolside lounge area. Integrated Webber BBQs. Large kids playground. Tons of maintenance staff and security always available.
The beach is across the street and Tamarindo beach is just over half a mile walk. Langosta has 4-5 excellent restaurants itself, and Tamarindo has hundreds of amazing places to eat. These days, they all seem to have live music on so you can pick your favourite cuisine and music genre.
I’d highly recommend this place. Compared to what’s otherwise considered high end in Tamarindo, this condo really stands out.

Peninsula 30 was absolutely beautiful. The unit is well equipped and nicely decorated. The view is stunning. The location is ideal. We rented a golf cart and used it to take the few minute trip to Tamarindo. There are several options for dining /drinks/coffee nearby too.

Great Experience
We loved staying at the Peninsula penthouse. The property was everything that they had posted: brand new, well-appointed condo, multiple balconies, pools and fitness centres as well as a lovely entertaining area. The condo itself was everything we had hoped for. The kitchen was well stocked with anything a chef could use; the bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas were comfortable and luxurious. The location was also perfect for us - just steps to a quiet pristine beach on one side and a short walk on the other side to many great restaurants and a busy happening beach scene and lively nightlife. We highly recommend this location for couples or families. We can't wait to come back!!
Amazing Penthouse with views!
We were able to enjoy this amazing brand new penthouse and all I can say is WOW!!! What an amazing experience. Waking up to the incredible ocean views and eating out on the balcony were just blissful. The bedrooms are so comfy, we had a great night sleep after every amazing day. The kitchen and living area were perfect for us and so well stocked and furnished. We will return for sure! Thank you to the staff and support we had from RPM during the entire time.
