Vacation Rentals – General Information
All Prices are in U.S. Dollars
Please add a $50 rental processing fee.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservations. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security Deposit: A credit card number with a $500 available credit line. We will not charge the card unless necessary.
During these unprecedented times, we want to make our clients feel comfortable booking for the future – we all need something to look forward to! In order to help you make the decision to book an amazing vacation with us, we have updated our cancellation policy to the following:
Cancellation Policy (updated 2/8/2021)
Full refund for cancellations made 60 or more days prior to arrival date
Cancellations made 30-60 days prior to arrival will be offered a one-year credit.
Any cancellation made 30 days prior to check-in date is not eligible for a refund or credit. If we are able to re-rent the property for the same dates and amount, a refund will be given minus all fees.
Holiday weeks are non-refundable
