Amazing family home
We really enjoyed this spacious home and outdoor space with our whole family. The quiet location is really ideal with lots of privacy and both the beach and restaurants, bars are easily accessible within a 10 minute walk. The hosts were very friendly and available to us very quickly for questions. Thanks very much. Can’t wait to come back!
Loved it !
We had a wonderful stay. We awoke every day to the sound of howler monkeys and one day there was even a howler monkey in the garden. The pool was lovely and internet perfect: I was able to do homework and stream movies by the pool. Beautiful new kitchen, fully equipped. Very spacious home, A/C everywhere and clean. Quiet location but short enough to downtown and the beach. Highly recommended!
Lovely home, would rent again
Our stay was so easy thanks to the attention and assistance we received from RPM. The property was clean and well maintained, the kitchen is fully furnished. It’s in a quite area but at only a 10 minute walk from beach and restaurants. The pool is awesome and we enjoyed the complete privacy. We definitely recommend this property and RPM for anyone who is visiting Tamarindo!
Excellent location, great private pool, perfect internet
We loved our stay in this quite area at walking distance to beach and city center. The house is exactly as shown on the pictures and in perfect condition. It is located on a short hill, but the entrance is currently being made perfectly accessible. The private pool was huge and the garden had enough sun and shadow to relax. Perfect follow up by the local agent for all the minor questions we had. Internet is excellent. Will certainly come again!!

Beautiful stay!
Oro del Sol #16 was the perfect spot for our group of four (two couples). Plenty of privacy from each other yet lots of comfortable communal space to hang out. Combined with a cart rental from Paradise Cart Rentals, this was the perfect location for our first visit to Tamarindo! Do not hesitate to rent this location. Only downside is the steep uphill climb from the main road. If you are not steady on steep hills, this location may be difficult for you. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay and the rental company was great to work with every step of the way. Very clean, comfortable accommodations. The pool was amazing! Highly recommend - pura vida!!

Everything was perfect! The condo was beautiful, the instructions were clear and complete, and the support from RPM (local management company) was outstanding! Rapid response to all our questions and assistance for outside issues like car rentals.
Beautiful Home with Private Pool and Exceptional customer service
This was our second time staying in Oro del Sol #16. We had an amazing time. The owners and staff continue to improve the property and add special touches throughout to make the stay there even more perfect. The home is in a great location within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. Although I have never felt anything but safe in the home, the owners have added even more safety features to ensure guests are well taken care of. We ran out of propane while using the BBQ, and the staff responded immediately to get us a replacement tank. The pool and yard are beautiful, and the home is clean and very comfortable for a large family. I highly recommend. Thank you to the owners and staff for a truly great experience once again!
A hidden gem vacation rental in Tamarindo!
Oro Del Sol 16 was everything I could have hoped for and more with a vacation rental! I stayed for one month and the house made for the perfect home base! Clean, colorful, and spacious. The outdoor pool area and balconies are so nice and the house was very cozy. It is in great walking distance to everywhere in town and just a short 10 minute walk to the beach! Not to mention, the owner, and RPM Rentals were incredible people and so very helpful for anything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to everyone! You will not be disappointed!

Perfect Vacation Place
Is the second time we stay in this house and we absolutely love it.
The only downside is that it has a shed that takes up most of the parking space so it only fits 1 car and we have to left the other car outside. Being a property for 8 guests I think it's important that you can fit 2 cars in the garage.

Always good, the support got fast our home if we have any issue, the house got everything we need.
The only thing is the street that was a challenge every time we went out, but definitely we will be back, we love it.

Beautiful ventral home in Tamarindo
We stayed at this home in February for two weeks and really enjoyed it. This home is in a great location far enough away from the hustle of the town but close enough to walk to restaurants, shopping and beach. Home is spacious and well equipped with the necessities that we needed. Pool is a great size and we used it a lot daily. The rental company was fantastic answering and attending to all of or needs from arranging transportation to minor problems we encountered with the home. Our group of six enjoyed our stay and the relaxation that this property offered. Thank you
