This beautifully decorated luxury condo is located on the sixth floor of the elegant Matapalo building at the Hotel Diria. Cream-colored tile floors with round-pebble detail flow through the unit, spilling out of glass doors onto patios with breathtaking views. Below is an exotic tropical garden, surrounding an enormous free-form swimming pool. In the near distance is Tamarindo beach, lined by royal palms, stretching north to meet the La Baula Estuary and National Park.

We really enjoyed our first week ever in Tamarindo. This location was perfect. We loved the view from all the balconies. RPM was very communicative and quick to respond with any questions. I would not hesitate to book another week in this unit.

Best Stay Ever
Have stayed in many vacation spots over the years but this gave us the ultimate in location, view, and amenities. Just as described and even better. Very spacious and luxurious. Would highly recommend

Our family vacation was wonderful! We loved the location and views of Tamarindo from the balcony! Perfect location to watch the amazing sunsets! Recommendations: new coffee machine, lettuce spinner. Back bedroom seems to have an ant problem.
A beach town beauty!
A beautiful condo in an excellent location where you can park your car for the entire trip and walk anywhere you need to go. The condo is very well laid out for a family or three couples with their own private space. if you enjoy having coffee while looking over the ocean or an evening drink during sunset, this place is perfect!

The entire experience was excellent. From the access/checkin to the rental to the checkout. RPM was available for all my questions. The rental was in excellent condition. This is our second time working with RPM at this facility and this is the only place I will stay in Tamarindo.
A great escape
Our stay at Matapalo was all we had hoped for and more. The beaches were great, and the multiple pools gave options of staying in the shade and still enjoying the water. The grounds were well cared for and the condo was just right for our family. They did an awesome job of hosting us.
Fantastic Trip
The condo was just incredible. The views were outstanding, the facilities around the condo were incredible. RPM staff were extremely helpful and responsive when I had questions. I'd come back to this place anytime. And I'd use RPM for future rentals.

Beautiful views, great pool and beach..Internet did not work and next door neighbors dog did not stop barking.. other than that it went well..

It was our second stay in this unit and if anything, it was nicer than before. It appears that the owners have made some nice upgrades, adding new kitchen items and linens. Overall a great place and we would definitely return again!
Tamarindo experience
Beautiful condo with nice layout, only draw back we’re intolerable beds that we’re extremely hard and uncomfortable. Location of pool and beach were spectacular. It made the vacation.

Super View!
Excellent location in the middle of town. You can walk to shopping, grocery store, beach and amazing restaurants. Furnishing are very nice as well as the beds. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, silverware, coffee pot and all the essentials. No weird smells that I have encountered in other condos. The view from the balcony and the master bedroom is just incredible. I highly recommend and I continue to use when I can get it booked. I travel here three to four times a year.

Perfect place to stay in Tamarindo!
This unit is beautiful! The view is just amazing-even better than the pictures show-and the condo does in fact look just as fantastic in real life as it does in the pictures-my entire group made that same comment. It's perfect for three couples as everyone had a king size bed and their own ensuite bath. The unit was very well equipped with everything we needed. The pool is fantastic and we loved the swim up bar. We never had a problem getting chairs. The easy access to the beach was much appreciated. The condo is perfectly situated to get to all the good restaurants and bars in Tamarindo-nothing was more than a 5 minute walk away. I had originally hoped to stay at the Diria hotel but have to say that I'm glad the hotel was sold out as it was so much less crowded at the Matapalo. Security was impressive and we were never concerned. The furniture was comfortable and the unit was well maintained and had plenty of room for 6. This is the place to stay in Tamarindo!
