This luxurious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath penthouse is located on the 3rd floor and has a wonderful view of the ocean. There is a private unheated jacuzzi located on the balcony. Includes a full custom kitchen, gas grill, flat screen TV with cable, and high speed internet, and central A/C.

Property was well located, was big enough and confortable but bad maintained, dirty, not in good conditions in general.The amenities (parking, pool, etc) were really bad, there weren't even a bathroom in the pool area.
