This stunning ocean view two bedroom unit on Langosta beach is one of only 11 units in this private gated community. The beach less than 20 meters away. With classic and refined tropical style, this unit has been updated to include a full gourmet kitchen, complete with granite and hand carved wood bartops, stainless steel appliances and teak cabinets. All furniture was made by local artisans of varying hardwoods, and finished with the best Sunbrella fabrics.

Paradise Costa Rica Style
Beautifully decorated condo. It had everything that we needed. Loved the outside porch overlooking the ocean. Just a short walk to restaurants and town. Very quiet. Would definitely go back
A perfect place forvrest and relaxation
We spent 15 nights at Villa Langosta #7. It is a quiet complex and most of the others there were unit owners. The place was clean, safe and well cared for. The kitchen is fully stocked (note it doesnt have a dishwasher) and we enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the mornings watching the tide come in or out. We watched iguana climb the trees, monkeys sleep in the mango tree at our pool and many other birds in the surrounding trees. There is a small grocery close by as well as our favorite restaurant at the cala luna hotel and when we needed gelato we popped into watermans just down the road. We cant wait to return!

Our 3rd time staying at Villas Langosta #7 for good reason. This condo is beautifully decorated and so comfortable for our family of 4 (twins in the guest room would be our only suggestion). The balcony offers a beautiful ocean view perfect for reading, watching the animals & playing games. The grounds are well maintained & kept safe by the nicest caretakers. The pool is perfect for the afternoon after a morning of beach fun. Great location away from the activity of tamarindo, but close enough to enjoy all the shops and restaurants. Incredible beachfront access to Playa Langosta. Such a gem!

Excellent! Condo needed a little dusting when we arrived, but housekeeping came quickly and made it spotless. RPM was immediately available to help with all our needs. I highly recommend them and this unit!

Really like this place, quite and comfortable. Loved walking on the beach, beautiful sunsets, away from it all. Very relaxing to sit on the balcony and enjoy a good cup of Costa Rican coffee. Can hear the waves. We have stayed a Villa Langosta many times and keep coming back. Its a special place.
Quiet Location on the Beach
What an interesting place. Villa was lovely and very well equipped. Small view of ocean but could always hear it. Lots of canadians stay there for months at a time. Small enough complex and easy to meet people. Master bedroom is lovely but second room needs a new larger bed.
Amazing Villa
We stayed five nights & that was not long enough! The villa is so comfortable with all the amenities you could ask for. We did some cooking & there was nothing I was lacking in preparing meals. The veranda has comfort seating for coffee in the morning & a cocktail while watching the amazing sunsets. Steps from the beach, it’s hard to want to leave your space. Tamarindo is a short distance with shops, restaurants & grocery store. We highly recommend the Shrimp Hole, Bamboo Sushi & Nari’s pizza & Italian. Estuary tour was fun. Do not hesitate to book this Villa. Gated small community with a beautiful pool & security personnel always at the gate. We’re thankful for the owners working with us when we were delayed due to weather leaving the States. Outstanding is my description of the entire experience.
Exceeded Expectations
This condo was nicer than even the pictures showed. The place had anything you might need, A/C was extremely cool (almost too cold), and was tastefully decorated. The owners must really care about their guests' experience as we couldn't have been happier with this visit.
Beautiful villa
A wonderful condo, felt like home. Property managers were great, the villa complex is very convenient to the beach, a small Mercado, and bus into town. We plan to return for another stay.

Tropical Paradise Perfection
This is our second year staying at Villas Langosta #7 for a reason. It is a beautifully decorated unit with all the amenities of home. With a view of the water between the units in front and the higher balcony it’s perfect for enjoying the waterfront location. The proximity of the complex to town is just right leaving you close enough to enjoy all that Tamarindo has to offer, while being able to escape to a more tranquil spot. Playa Langosta is a great spot for surfing & water fun, while more calm swimming beaches are close by making the perfect day trips. We will be back and when we retrun we will stay again at Villas Langosta!
Best Two Weeks of My Life
The place was great; very beautifully decorated and everything worked fine; kitchen, showers, etc. My only complaints being; nice view of the ocean but not enough of it. Very slippery tile staircase, especially when wet. Ceiling fan in master bedroom a bit too loud for sleeping. Other than those few minor things the place was great and reasonable, very close to beautiful Playa Langosta, good pizza place and small market. Nice having property managers right across the street; they hooked me up with a rental car and shuttle to the airport. I do believe the original ad I saw said free airport shuttle; but we didn't get that. Maybe just missed communications. BTW great zipline right in Tamarindo; but they don't advertise and there is no sign! Right turn on the street just before Wave restaurant, coming from Villas.

Fantastic place
I have never used the Internet to book a place before. I am so happy with our experience! It was exactly as shown. There are only two condos per building with I believe 4 or 5 buildings which makes it feel like it's just you staying there. The other people we met who were renting all were from Canada like us!!
Anything you could think of that you may need are there waiting for you. Big thing for us was that spices and things like oil etc were also stocked.
The beach is just out the door as it depicted. And there was nothing better than spending the day at the beach then having a refreshing dip in the condos pool.

Stayed in same unit 2 years ago and would go again
great location for beach walks, poolside relaxing, ocean fishing, boogie boarding, surfing and fishing. well equipped kitchen. About 2 km walk to Tamarindo where there is shopping and lots of places to eat. Only 11 units in complex so best to be friendly cause everyone knows each other. Downsides were maintenance is slow especially when one toilet plugged. Internet is hit or miss with power bumps at least daily, TV was useless with poor picture about 90% of time. Small stereo didn't work, DVD sometimes worked but not all functions. Missing screens on windows and front door to allow the ocean breeze in and leave the bugs, iguanas, bats etc out. AC worked well. enjoyed private balcony but not after dark when the no seeums come out. felt safe with security

The rental was beautifully decorated and had an amazing view. The photos don't do it justice as we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Much nicer in reality than in the pictures.
Perfection in Playa Langosta
This condo has it all! A spectacular view, fabulous location and beautifully appointed with everything you need to live comfortably. Unit #7 is outfitted with gorgeous local furnishings making living luxurious & comfortable. Tamarindo is literally 5 minutes away, however, being in Langosta makes you feel like you are completely secluded. The beach right out front is rocky, but beautiful. We walked a short walk to find a perfect boogie boarding and swimming beach. Also close by is a mangrove where you can find all kinds of wildlife. The grounds are perfectly maintained, with a lovely small pool perfect for a dip after the beach. We will return to Villas Langosta again someday as it is truly a gem!
Location location location
This property was a great location for us as we didn't want to be downtown. There is a grocery store right across the street that has a very good selection and also a pizza restaurant and deli sandwich bar. A hotel with restaurant and gift shop half a block down where you can quickly get downtown for $5 taxi ride. RPM is very professional and helpful. They respond to emails quickly and can arrange all your transportation needs.

Very Impressive
We were very impressed with this rental. It was beautifully decorated with lovely local art and the physical space was very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and felt like home. Most rentals have cheap dishes, etc. but this kitchen had lovely dishwater and the appliances were good quality. I enjoyed the little touches throughout the space such as contemporary books, fanciful art and plants. The beach was lovely. There were very few people as it was the "low season" when we went. The property was clean and we had one minor problem when the power went out (normal in these parts I'm sure). I was so impressed when within minutes maintenance came and fixed the problem. I highly recommend Villas Langosta.

The condo was everything we expected....right on the beach, private pool (which we usually had to ourselves), nice and clean, and everything worked! We had a couple minor issues, but the property managers (RPM) were very prompt and fixed them within an hour or 2.
If you surf, you can literally paddle out right in front of the condo (high tide only) and get some ok rides. A 5 minute walk south, you can surf at right out in front of the estuary (careful on low tides...I hit the reef a couple times).
There is an awesome pizza place right across the street from the condo...literally one of the best pizzas I've ever had (the place is owned by 3 Italians).
My only negative comment would be the crazy high price of food in the whole area. It was more expensive to eat here than it is in Canada.

Quiet get away in Tamarindo
Beautiful, well appointed, top floor condo on the quiet side of Tamarindo called millionaires row. Small complex on the water. Good restaurants near by with a store for booze and basics. About a mile out of town which avoids all the tee shirt shops and tourists. Easy walk and cabs/busses are readily available. Only downside is there is no sand in front and you have to walk about a quarter mile to get to beautiful swimming. Also make sure to plan your trip to avoid rain and very hot conditions.

We stayed in this unit for a week while in Costa Rica. The inside decor is beautiful. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds. It is spacious and very well laid out. We were definitely glad we had rented a car ahead of time. The walk to Tamarindo was a little farther than described and the road was always dry and very dusty. The beach right in front of the unit varies from sand to rocks depending on the tide. If you walk to the South about 5 minutes there is a huge sandy beach and a good surf spot for non beginners. The 24 hour security guard was comforting. The pool is ok but doesn't get a lot of sun so if you're looking to lay out the beach is a better bet. The ACs in the unit were awesome. It was quite hot during our stay and the AC and ceiling fans were much appreciated. The TV reception was not that great but we weren't there to watching anyway.
I would stay here again in a heart beat. The rate was very reasonable and the condo as I said was beautiful and spacious.

very relaxing and great location
clean and well equipped room, gated with guard which looked to be normal for all the properties we saw. only 11 units in complex so felt like got to know most of the people especially the ones who stay for 90 days at a time. nice pool with shade most of the day. beach immediately in front of complex is rocky. hotel restaurants easy walks away. nice about 2 km walk to town where there are lots of restaurants on beach or road. pay attention to tides for walk to town or crossing estuary to south where there is a huge sand beach about 5 minute walk away. our unit was on second floor with limited water view but more private and from other units we saw our unit was the best decorated and equipped
An Enjoyable Relaxing Vacation Property
Viklas Langosta 7 is a beautiful condo with all the amenities. The owners have taken to every detail to ensure we had everything we needed and comfort was obvious. the outside property is well manicured and the staff should be commended on all their hard work. RPM Property Managment was very easy to deal with and made our vacation very easy.

Our experience with rpm was great! Very professional and lovely people. The condo itself was beautiful. Fully equipped with everything one would need. Even beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again! Loved it!
Staying in Langosta
We have stayed in various locations in Langosta, most have been quite good. Villas #7 among the better ones. RPM Management were most a helpful, a great group. The Langosta area is great for a restful, relaxing holiday. A variety of restaurants and entertainments are within reach in Tamarindo, although a car is helpful.

The tiny glimpse of the ocean was just enough to be frustrating! Other than that, everything was lovely.
Gorgeous Condo
This unit is the most beautifully decorated condo I have ever seen. Every appliance is up-to-date and everything you could need is provided. The complex of 11 condos is lovely and it is right on the beach. You cannot go wrong.
