There are amazing boutiques, souvenir shopping and great grocery stores, and farmers and night markets. Tamarindo is a great place to take a surf lesson or to hop on a boat for a day of fishing or a sunset Catamaran tour. We even have a skate park and basketball court for those who want something to do in addition to the beach. The Tamarindo Bay offers surf breaks for multiple levels of surfers and calm waters for those who just want to swim and float. The Tamarindo beach is a beautiful beach for walking, playing volleyball, or just sitting and watching the sunset. Just outside of Tamarindo, there are amazing bike trails for mountain bikers, and it's an easy drive to many other amazing beaches. La Perla is a beautiful penthouse with a great location. Surrounded by green spaces, beautiful homes, and breathtaking views this is the perfect place for a luxurious vacation.
The penthouse has an impressive view that overlooks the Marino Las Baulas National Park, especially the Ocean, Estuary, and Playa Grande, this park is known for being one of the world’s last spawning grounds of the Leatherback turtles!
The penthouse has a great common area that integrates the kitchen, living room, and eating area with an open floor plan surrounded by windows to let in lots of natural light and allows great views. The TV has digital cable and the sofa bed can be set up very easily.
The balcony has wooden furniture with comfortable cushions that allow you to start your day with a nice cup of coffee, listen to tropical birds and sometimes see monkeys playing on the top of the trees on the neighboring lots as you check the waves on Grande and Tamarindo beaches.
The kitchen is supplied with state-of-the-art appliances, it is well equipped and come with a dishwasher to let you truly relax on your vacations.
The master bedroom has plenty of room, it comes with a king bed, a private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, shower, twin sinks, and a walk-in closet where you will find the safe. The collapsible windows on the bathtub allow us to incorporate it into the bedroom and appreciate the views from the tub.
Each of the other rooms has a queen bed and each has a desk. They share an ocean view balcony with some of the best views. The room on the left has a walk-in closet and its own en-suite bathroom.
