Langosta Courtyard Villa
The villa is lovely, comfortable and clean. The people who work at the Courtyard are very nice. RPS management was responsive and helpful with organizing activities, transportation and Covid testing.
Great private house in Langosta
The house had great space and the pool is such a bonus. The kids loved playing in it during our down time. The rooms are nice and there is plenty of space. The only challenge was the AC on the second floor could not keep up during the day. The bottom and third floors were perfectly chilled. The location is great if you want to be a little outside of the chaos. You can walk right across the street to Langosta beach, but it is the Ricky part. It’s still pretty and the kids enjoyed exploring the rocks. If you stay here, I would get a car to get places. I definitely recommend this place.
Beautiful Villa!
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa in Langosta. The villa is fully stocked and has everything you need to pretend you live in Costa Rica for a while. 🙂 We walked across the road to the beach to watch the sunset almost every night. We also enjoyed the courtyard in the back of the villa every morning. The bed was so comfortable that my husband wanted to buy the same one back home. I also want to mention that Lola and Josef at the rental agency were incredibly helpful. We needed to change our reservation dates, and they were able to accommodate this change. We are very grateful for their help!
Perfect place to stay in Tamarindo
The condo has everything you need to have a wonderful experience. Parking for your rental car, conveniently located to town and beach, air conditioning that worked perfectly, spotless, and our contacts were extremely helpful with assisting us with questions and further contacts for excursions, Covid testing, shuttles if needed to the airport, etc. I would definitely stay in this unit again and would recommend it to anyone. It does comfortably sleep 6 and the pool is a great way to cool off after a long day at the beach or from a hot, busy day out on excursions. It is close enough to town to make going to the beach easy, lots of selections for restaurants and the night time security guard was helpful when we arrived late and had a little trouble getting into the main gate. We had a lovely vacation with our 3 adult children and are thankful for the memories we were able to create here.

Excellent Location close to town but away for the noise!
I have stayed with my family here more than once. Excelente location and a beautiful home. Would not hesitate to stay again!
Nice Vacations in Family
It was a nice experience. The villa is nice, with all the comfort you may expect to have. Langosta Beach is really nice as well, even during these times we had an incredible vacation.

Todo el servicio es de alta calidad, todos muy profesionales y siempre disponible para ayudar, la propiedad es impecable y a pocos metros del mar, se puede caminar y conseguirlo todo cerca. Sin duda lo recomiendo mucho. La playa langosta es la mejor de todas !!!!
Amazing Villa in Tamarindo
It was the most beautiful and well appointed home in a lush tropical courtyard setting. The pictures are good but in person is better! RPM staff is super professional, courteous and accommodating. Would love to come again. And again!
Tamarindo is Terrific
Tamariindo is a great choice for the Pacific Coast. A balance between not too touristy and ample services. Langosta Beach is just outside the stir of Tamarindo but yet walkable distance to the market, shops, dining ..... and surf shops! Courtyard #5 through Tropical Vacations is where you want to be. VERY nicely appointed, clean as a whistle, private, a sweet pool and patio, beach next door ... thanks Lola at RPM Services for making it all so easy. We had a wonderful wonderful holiday!!!
Nice place
I stayed there with 2 other guys for a boys getaway. The until had everything that we needed and was well maintained.
Great family fun
The Courtyard experience was wonderful. Steps away from a wonderful beach and far enough from the hustle and bustle of central Tamarindo where the action is. All the necessities as there to spend quality time with friends and family.

The proporty was lovely. We had everything we needed for a comfortable 8 day stay. RPM staff was on top of every need from booking until we left.
Pura Vida
Great time, Great accommodations. Lola from RPM was very helpful and responsive to questions prior to our arrival and after our arrival. When traveling a bit outside of Timarindo the beaches are amazing. At Playa Langosta the mayor of Langosta always stopped by to make sure we were happy. We shared a water with him . The conversations were always short and pleasant. He goes by the name Snoop.
Excellent vacation, fantastic property management company
We recently rented Courtyard #5 through RPM rentals. From the very beginning I knew I was dealing with professionals. From the initial correspondences to the detailed emails and ease of access, quick responsiveness, I knew we were in excellent hands. What's more, is once we saw the property we were thrilled to no end. The house is gorgeous, comfortable and EVERYTHING was taken care of or covered. We felt safe (24 hour security) and we felt at home. If I could give the company 6 stars, I would. We will definitely be back to Costa Rica and we will definitely be calling RPM to help us find a suitable place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Our stay in Paradise
We have stayed in this area before. This house was wonderful with wild congo monkey's playing happily in the garden and beautiful parrots in the trees. staff at RPM rentals were fantastic I would recommend this vacation for people of all ages. plenty to do and totally relaxing . my family and I enjoyed our stay.
New years in Langosta
The only thing missing in the bedrooms was curtains in the windows. For the rest we had a great time!
