Our Happy Place
My husband and I have been traveling to Costa Rica for more than 25 years. Since we retired we have been staying in Playa Langosta for 6 to 7 weeks each of the last 10 years. It is our Happy Place. We have stayed in 3 different condo buildings, but have especially enjoyed our last 2 visits at Crystal Sands. For us it is perfect……beautiful beach, ocean and sunset views, great local restaurants, a nearby gym and lots of great people. The Guards, Gardner and Housekeepers are so kind and helpful, as is the RPM staff. Thank you for 6 great weeks!!
Costa Rica Condo
The condo was well equipped, clean and roomy. I want to mention working with RPM was a five star experience. From the beginning the staff were helpful. Thank you, Kathleen
Sunsets and surf
Without fail, we had beautiful sunsets and delicious caipirinhas on the deck. Beach access was so convenient we never used the pool! The building security guards were friendly, and we enjoyed fabulous surfing with an easy walk. Fingers crossed, we are coming back next year!
Fantastic Sunset Location
Playa Langosta has magical sunsets and is one of the prettiest beaches I’ve visited. It has far less crowds than Tamarindo and the shells are beautiful

Vacation Review Costa Rica
Very pleasant stay for the short 6 days we were there. Accommodation was excellent and very clean which we appreciate.
Perfect Getaway
Our stay at the Crystal Sands was as perfect as you could get. The apartment was spacious, spotless, well appointed with everything you could need to feel at home. Fantastic ocean views. 24 hour Staff gave a great sense of security. Great pool area. Playa Langosta community is the best of all worlds, fantastic stretches of beach, great surfing, and close to the restaurants of Tamarindo. If you want to get away in a luxurious tropical beach location, The Crystal Sands rental is a 100% winner.. We will definitely be back again next year...
